The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. Service was fantastic, delivery of room service drinks and food were super fast and food was always delicious. Also had 2 hours lounge access in the evenings that was a delight! Service from the doormen, to housekeeping, to FNB staff were exceptional. Will definitely come back!

Good general facilities, services, great rooftop with a pool. Spacious room with good AC, good cleaning services, and a very comfortable bed. Safe environment and quite calm, a good fairly central place so easy to visit main tourist attractions (but need a cab or tuk tuk each time). Two quite nice yet fairly pricey restaurants, OK quality food. Breakfast was with varied options, lots of local produce - some spicy, but we easily found some suited our more Western taste. Varied food choices also in room service.
Overall a bit bland, lacking personality and friendly touch. During our stay we did not see much attention to us as tourists or interest toward fulfilling potential needs. Would for instance have appreciated some transport related advice as the area was not very walkable. While courteous and correct, discussion with several members of the personnel was very limite, no chit chat, failing to understand us at times (in English). We were surprised by the limited explanation and choice of drinks during the lounge hour (option). Would also be great to have a simpler snack bar or vending machine to be able to buy basic items onsite.
Perfect balance of contemporary with Indian hospitality. Great staff. Helpful and polite. Good breakfast.

The mattress needed to be turned over because heavy guests have made a dent in it.
Spacious room. I stayed here at +36, AC worked the entire night, but it was silent and didn’t blow on me.
Convenient mattress. Good equipment in gym. Exceptional breakfast with big variety (when it was too much of Indian cuisine, I could come back to my European sausages).
Starting 3rd day of my stay I found the plate with fresh fruit in my room.
I have been here twice, if I come to Hyderabad once again, I will definitely stay here.

Also “bad” tax invoices - they indicate “booking.com”as the company name, while my employer is indicated as personal address - I had issues with costs reimbursement in Germany.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom was good. Have stayed at this hotel earlier on and liked it a lot and still do. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of dishes , loved the facility of getting freshly squeezed vegetable juices every day. The breakfast staff were amazing, especially Siri, Geetha, the lady at the tea station and of course a whole team of helpers were there too. The reception staff was very helpful with my parcels and my luggage.
The coffee machine was not always tended to as should be, the ground coffee was filling up and it would stop working. Also this coffee machine place ought to be kept clean. All the staff was very friendly,no complaints there, but at breakfast table there was always a spoon missing, or a glass or a fork or knife etc. Please explain to your staff that each table ought to be inspected beforehand so that it has all these. There was this inconsistency with the fruit plate, It came one day, and not the other. In our next stay, a week later, even though we booked a premium room like the first time, there was no fruit plate. We just couldn't be bothered. There was this powerful incense burner pouring out fumes of incense on 2 Nd floor making us sick every day, one should consider people being allergic to smells. We didnt want to complain. Thank you
We stayed for one month and had an exceptional experience. The hotel maintained high standards in cleanliness, service, comfort, and overall hospitality. The staff were attentive, professional, friendly and always ready to help. Location was very convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

A couple of points:
- At breakfast, several times - the orders items were mis-delivered and had to be reminded, in spite of the table numbers being recorded!
- Fruits as part of stay was a hit or miss. Seemed to forget most of the days

Step สี่ เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น มาแจ้ง จนท ถึงความต้องการ twin beds จนท. บอกว่า ให้เก็บกระเป๋าให้เรียบร้อย และจะย้ายกระเป๋าไปที่ห้งใหม่ ที่เป็น twin bed เวลา 10.00 น. ตอนเย็น ลูกค้ากลับมาจากข้างนอก เพียงแค่ บอกชื่อ แล้วจะได้ key card ของห้องใหม่ ……แต่ ปรากฏว่า กลับมา 19.00 น มาขอ key card ห้อง ใหม่ จนท. ไม่ทราบ ยังไม่มีการย้ายห้อง กระเป๋า และเสื้อผ้า ยังไม่มีการย้าย สรุป ผมย้ายห้องด้วยตนเอง ตอน 19.00
