A perfect holiday
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, and the buffet was varied, generous, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

Great staff, amazing view.

Cons:

The spa itself has an amazing view and the location was very well thought of. The only two things that reduce the score are the fact that the indoor pool wasn't heated and that there is no water fountain in the spa & wellness facilities. There is a cafe you can order from, but so far most hotels that offer spa services had water fountains outside of the sauna area.

We really like everything and we will be back.
Pros:

Breakfast and location are great.Hotel is located In beautiful forest, everything,rooms and spa are very clean and nice. Staff is also great.

Cons:

I would suggest to not charge stay for pets. If hotel is pet friendly it is very unusual and I do not understand reason to be charged especially for little dog who is staying with us in the room and do not need extra bed or something extra.

Smeštaj je odličan, sobe su čiste, uredne. Krevet je jako udoban a pogled sa terase na borove je divan.

Oduševljeni smo!
Pros:

Sve je fenomenalno. Svaki detalj je urađen sa puno ljubavi i brige da gostima bude udobno i lepo. Osoblje je preljubazno i osećate se kao da ste kod kuće. Svi se brinu da vam bude lepo i udobno! I takav treba da bude svaki hotel na Svetu. Hotel treba da ima minimum 4 zvezdice, ako ne i 5. Pišem ovo kao osoba koja je vodila turističku agenciju preko 30 godina i radila za velike međunarodne luksuzne hotele.

Cons:

Nema kafe bez kofeina :)

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Alles war sehr schön, toller Wellnessbereich mit allem, was man braucht. Das Restaurant gut, aber höherpreisig. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Die Schlappen sollte man durch Einwegschlappen ersetzen.

Cons:

There is a public pool near the hotel so the loud music is on from morning until midnight. Other than that it's a great location surrounded by pure nature.
