You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Cheap.
Close to subway Lotteria.

Cons:

Rather rundown part of town. Not inviting to walk around at night.
Premises were run down.
Not overly friendly staff, or receptive. I forgot my hat on checkout and emailed them right away to say I would be back in a couple weeks and could pick my hat up. I got no response. When I went back later, staff just scoffed at me. Moral - don't forget things!

Cons:

En la recepción había una pareja conversando de madrugada y se escuchaba todo en la habitación de abajo, se supone uno va a descansar. Los otros huéspedes deben tener cortesía y respeto. Y el personal, decirles no pueden hablar tono alto y de madrugada?

Staff is not professional and rooms are not clean at all
Pros:

I never posted a review anywhere but this place is bad. Went twice and never going again, sheets were trashed with holes, wax and stains. All of them. Not to mention the hair every where from the toilet seat to the pillows and under the sheets. Mattresses are very very bad. But the reason I do this review is that when a asked for another room because mine was clearly not cleaned and sheets not changed, the guy at the reception almost ignored me and then said I stayed too long in the room (under an hour) so he can’t do anything about it. He was basically blaming me for it all, ended up giving me another room that was as filthy. Anyway, do not go there.

Nada. Puertas en mal estado. Mal olor a cigarrillo en losnpasillos

Cons:

Al llegar demoraron para abrirme al salir la señora fue grosera como no baje el control que ni lo usé me janlo de mala manera que ho suboera pprque tenia que irle a buscar el control, si ella bien podia irlo a buscar o verificar y con una cara de amrgada que alli no regreso más.
