Pros:

a small studio is suitable for a couple of days' stay

Cons:

After a week in the room, I was fined 100 euros because I didn't take out the trash and didn't wash a pot, and I was also accused of smoking in the room. I should note that this isn't my first time staying at this hotel and I know the rules for staying there very well. If you don't want to pay double for cleaning, it's better to take the trash outside and wash the dishes, as I believe the amount paid for the change should include cleaning! After this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel as a safe place where you can be fined for not taking out the trash in bags.

Schönes großes Apartment für die ganze Familie fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Die Lage fußläufig zum Zentrum, das Design, die Größe und die Ausstattung des Appartements.

Cons:

Es war etwas staubig (was zugegebenermaßen durch die schwarzen Möbel und Ausstattungselemente auch leichter auffällt).

Preis-Leistung ok, anonym, zentrumsnah - hat gepasst.
Pros:

Gut aufgeteilt, innen sehr sauber, ruhig, Parkplätze relativ einfach zu finden.

Cons:

Balkon im EG sehr verdreckt und damit nicht nutzbar. Es gab 4 Betten, aber nur drei Stühle. Töpfe sind sogar für eine Person zu klein.

Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr lösungsorientiert. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Mooi design.
Pros:

Mooie kamers. Ligging met gratis parkeren. Zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en hard werkend personeel. Nespresso apparaat, mooi vormgegeven en schone kamer. Lekkere douche. Digitale incheck.

Cons:

In 1 week geen reiniging of handdoekwissel gehad (ondanks paar keer bordje verzoek tot schoonmaken). Geen airco en door roken toegestaan op balkons voor mij als astmalijder dus geen optie om mn raam open te zetten bij 28 graden. Bed wel erg smal en wiebelig (sliep wel erg lekker!) Erg donker, met name badkamer. Dat is sfeervol maar met opmaken een uitdaging.

Einfacher check iund out, Parken war kostenlos an der Strasse oder vor dem Haus möglich, nah an der Innenstadt

Cons:

Küchenaustattung schlecht, dunkle Räume ..für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Leipzig gut, sonst nicht so für den Preis. Die Umgebung Blick aus dem Fenster ist nicht schön.
