Good and bad, need renovation
Pros:

Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Food was good

Cons:

The shower, bath need upgrading. TV only has 2 channels. The plugs are wierd .

Not pleasant at all. Couldn't even take pictures in the rooms
Pros:

The view is perfect and room is specious

Cons:

The rooms are old. Shower doors broken, Aircon not working, bath tub too small,
The place requires renovations with modern touch. My grandchild was not impressed at all

Mediocre room ,it needs more attention no internet connection to the TV no heater small bath tub that is faded shower had no sliding door water poured all-over the floor

Beautiful Setting with Great Service
Pros:

Breakfast and Restaurant was great - good food
Staff, including check-in and service was amazing
Location and view was fabulous

Cons:

Rooms could benefit from a revamp and some facilities eg fridge, hairdryer and iron, although a very efficient ironing service was provided.

My stay was very beautiful the stuff are very nice and helpful

I like the fact that it was clean, The view is to die for. The fact that everything is there I don’t have to move around.

The bath tub is very small. And the shower

Very central to everything. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The TV didn't work and some of the taps and light switches were broken. (But this didn't bother us to much.)

It was so bad we only stayed one night. We are still waiting on our refund for the rest of the nights

The room is disgusting. Carpet was dirty. Overall cleanliness was very poor!
