Typisch Oberland... aber nicht zu ländlich
Pros:

Bayrisch, hell, freundlich, nah an Wolfratshausen, landschaftlich schön,gute Verbindung nach München, gutes Essen (reell, würde ein Westfale sagen). Sehr herzliche Aufnahme, Hund erlaubt.

Cons:

Wenn überhaupt etwas auszusetzen wäre ... ein Aufzug/Treppenlift wäre schön... dann könnte auch meine 90-jährige Mutter dort problemlos mitkommen (Treppen machen ihr seit einem Jahr Probleme... sie schafft sie grad' noch so.)
