Pros:

Сервис замечательный, ребята помогли нам с билетами, вызвали такси в аэропорт и были
на связи 24/7. В номере было очень чисто, просторно и комфортно. Ещё нам очень понравилось расположение, от центра всего 7 минут пешком. Супермаркет и рестораны можно найти и в 3 минутах от отеля.

Cons:

Отель находится на третьем и четвертом этаже здания, в котором отсутствует лифт. Учтите это при поездках с детьми или пожилыми.

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente.
Staff sempre cortese e disponibile 24h su 24h alla reception.

Cons:

Lo staff potrebbe essere un po’ più preparato su alcune informazioni riguardo alla città, per esempio riguardo l’utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici.

Перед ночным вылетом
Pros:

В самом центре, недалеко от Каскада. Чисто, вполне комфортно. Думали будет хуже.

Cons:

Неудобные матрасы, маленькое одеяло ( для двоих). Низкая шумоизоляция.

If I have a friends visiting Armenia soon, I would recommend to stay in Homestay Hotel.
Pros:

Near to tourist attractions. Clean and staffs are approachable.

Cons:

No elevator but understandable, their staff help me lifted my luggage.
