Pros:

Everything is amazing . its just that the hotel is on the 3rd floor , but stuff helps with luggage so its not a problem . Hotel is 10/10 We loved it.

Hrozné, nedoporučuji.
Pros:

Nic, možná jen lokace v centru. Kromě toho nic pozitivního na ubytování nebylo.

Cons:

Naprosto vše, abyste se dostali do ubytovaní musíte pokaždé dole zazvonit a pak dojít 3 patra pěšky.
V budově není ani výtah. Zdi v hotelu jsou asi z papíru, pokazdé kdyz prijde dole nejaký host, rozezvoní se zvuk přes celý pokoj, což znamená že v noci se nedá spát. Když jsem na to recepci upozornila, řekli mi, že to nejde vypnout. Pokażdé musíte procházet pres malou recepci a cítíte se jak někde na středoškolské studenské koleji, recepční kontroluje kdy se kdo vrací na pokoj. Bylo to velmi nepríjemné. Dále voda v koupelně témeř neteče, je strašně slabý proud. Postel byla neskutečně tvrdá, nedalo se na ní spát. Celkově byl i hrozný hluk z ulice. Za tuhle cenu jsme méli jiné o hodne lepsí ubytovaní. Dobré hodnocení musí být falešné.

В целом, отлично.
Pros:

Нетипичный, но на удивление удачный отель почти без минусов для этой ценовой категории.

Третий этаж без лифта, но ребята сами предложили и подняли наверх чемоданы.

Кому-то покажется странным, а мне очень понравилось, что уборка номера не каждый день, но мусор забирают ежедневно.

Cons:

Единственное «но», которое нужно иметь в виду: если вам трудно пешком по лестнице, то здесь будет трудно. И мелкое пожелание: в ванной желательно сделать полочки: положить телефон и другие мелочи.

Pros:

Perfect location, supermarket on the next block, only downsides are it's on the third floor with no elevator and sound insulation is not good. Good shower.

Pros:

Everything is perfect, clean, comfy, spacious. Great location with many bars and restaurants close-by. Amazingly friendly staff on top. Would always book again here when in Yerevan!

Pros:

Останавливались второй раз. Сняли большой номер. Персонал очень внимательный. Были готовы помочь с трансфером из аэропорта. Всегда были готовы помочь когда возникали вопросы.

Clean, comfortable but smoking was an issue
Pros:

Great location and clean rooms. Fairly comfortable beds and effective aircon. The bathroom was more spacious than most and had a separate shower rather than being a wet room

Cons:

The rooms on the lowest floor had cigarette smoke ingress from people smoking in nearby rooms/common areas which made it quite unpleasant. Top floor didn't see to have that issue though

An adventure of discovery
Pros:

Nice clean, comfortable, modern room and good value for money

Cons:

(1) Trying to find the place. It's in an old apartment building, with no signage except a tiny doorbell that's impossible to read in the dark;
(2) Long flight of stairs to get to the top of the building - no elevator. Not suitable for older or disabled people or those with heavy luggage
