A well appointed hotel in a great spot with great staff.
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel in a great spot.
The staff are fabulous and very friendly.
The food is excellent and the breakfast very good indeed with a great variety to choose from.
The room and bathroom were spotless.

Cons:

I found the bed a little small , and I found it uncomfortable, but my wife was very comfortable.

Lovely stay. Would recommend to others. Will definitely be back
Pros:

Our overnight stay at the hive was so lovely. We were greeted by friendly staff and taken up to our room. The room was decorated beautifully and was very clean and tidy. The complimentary mini bar and snacks were a lovely touch. The breakfast was also great. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing.

Pros:

This hotel is top notch. Luxury furniture, beds and bed linen, aromatherapy toiletries, quality tea, coffee, fresh bottled milk, crisps and nuts - a complimentary drinks fridge with several bottles of water, beers, lemoncello, and they even put the glasses in the fridge so they are ready chilled for your chosen drink! Two complimentary tokens for hive honey ice - cream which is delicious - I had Turkish delight flavour. A delicious breakfast which is included in the price - in the trendy restaurant across the road. The location is right on the harbour. I parked on the road right outside the hotel and it stayed there all weekend. Check in was so easy and the room was heated, lit and radio on - again a lovely welcoming touch. GHD hairdryer, robes and slippers. This hotel is all about making guests feel special - one of the best I have ever stayed in. All the staff were polite, friendly and professional. The little touches go above and beyond what most lack lustre hotels do. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough other than to say I will be going back later this year. I feel totally refreshed, incentivised and spoilt. 10/10

Hidden Gem of the west
Pros:

Check in was easy. Every staff member was helpful and accommodating, particular mention for Rhys who made us feel welcome from the get go. The free ice cream was very much appreciated, the stocked fridge and snacks were an incredible touch. Breakfast in the morning was a very unexpected surprise and it was so nice to have a lot of options opposed to a limited free menu. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

Parking seemed an issue to start, however street parking was easy and close to the hotel, this is however out the hotels control as far as we are concerned so no issues at all really.

Gorgeous place in perfect location
Pros:

The decor, comfort and attention to detail is second to none! Gorgeous place in the perfect location with the bar/ restaurant right across the road and parking either outside or just 1 min down the road
