A nice, calm hotel close to malls and main city areas.
Pros:

Room was spacious and very clean. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Gym was nice and the location is convenient for taxi rides around the city.

Thank you to Ms. Gracie from the reception for giving us superb room and for my birthday cake. And of course to Mr. Pasindu who delivered and sing for my birthday. Ms. Gracie is so helpful when we stay at Mercure Muscat. Thank you for your warm welcome from my Family and we will make sure to comeback for the next holiday.
