Pros:

está justo en el puerto donde salen las barcas que te llevan a las Perhentian. És un pueblo con poca oferta , por la tarde casi todo estaba cerrado . Si tuviera que repetir las Perhentian, llegaria por la mañana para poder ir directamente a las islas, sin tener que pernoctar en Besurt.

Quick stay
Pros:

We came very late at night, we needed just a room to stay a few hours before leaving for the Perhentian Island the next morning.
The facilities in the room were ok , not the best but ok.

Para una noche si no eres delicado
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para coger el bote a las Perhentian. Hay agua caliente en la ducha.

Very Bad Hotel

I booked suite room but they gave standard room without any notice even the receptionist did not tell us about it. We only notice after got into the room. When we asked the receptionist about the room she told us suite room not available due to aircond break down. When i ask for refund she ask me to contact booking.com. I tried to contact booking.com several time but there is no operator to speak to me. Only the machine give me few order to follow but still no operator to answer. The other hotel staff at reception bluff us that price different between suite room and standard room only RM 10.00 which is clearly riddicilous & bull shit.

Though uncomfortable we had to stay in that room because we cannot get any refund and the other room fully booked

I hope booking.com can take some action regarding this case so other people won"t experience the same thing

I suggest people who want to stay in Kuala Besut do not booked this hotel because they are not sincere & responsible
