Φανταστική τοποθεσία, καλύτερα δεν γίνεται. Υπέροχο σημείο στην παλιά πόλη, ήσυχα, κοντά σε όλα.

Everything is perfect in the hotel but people are the most! Very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you!

First of all, I want to thank the owner and the staff of this small but very cozy hotel for being super helpful and exceptionally hospitable. They tried hard to please any of our whims. And they helped us to get to the hospital and called the doctors when we had an accident in the city. Thank you!

The rest is less important but still for the objective description I should say that rooms are nice and warm (after Germany it's a great feature)! The location is quite convenient – if you want to be close to the old city, main attractions and streets with bars, but avoid the necessity to climb steep streets – the place is for you. The water in the shower is warm and the pressure is strong. wifi, tv, fridge, hair dryer, etc. – everything is available in rooms. They even organized laundry when we asked about that, although they don't have such a facility in the hotel.

ארוחת הבוקר מבושלת במקום עבורנו, טריה טעימה. הייתי ממליצה להוסיף עוד אופציות. למשל מכונת קפה עם מספר אופציות או למשל מיצים טבעיים ופירות. יותר מגוון של מאפים או עוגות.

Otelin konumu, temizliği ve çalışanların sıcakkanlılığı muhteşemdi. Otelin sahibi de çok şeker ve sıcakkanlı bir hanımefendi. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebilirim.

very friendly staff!

במחיר ממש מגוחך קיבלנו חדר כפול עם ארוחת בוקר ביתית וטעימה. החדר היה מרווח, מעוצב יפה, המארחים היו מקסימים ונעימים. הגענו בחושך ויצאנו אחרי ארוחת בוקר אז לא הספקנו להתרשם מהסביבה, אבל היה סופר קרוב, מאפייה קרובה.
ממליצה בחום!

Konum olarak gerçekten çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı dahil almıştık, 2 kişi için bile çeşit ve porsiyonlar çok büyüktü. Otelin çok tatlı bir terası vardı. Odanın da balkonu bulunuyordu. Kardan dolayı oturamadığımız için üzüldük. Kar yağan bir havada gitmemize rağmen kalorifer ve klimayla sıcaklık iyiydi. Ama asıl beğendiğimiz güleryüzlü çalışanları ve otel sahibi Katerina’ydı. Katerina’nın Türkçe bilmesi de çok güzeldi. Çok ilgiliydi, bu yüzden ona buradan da teşekkür ederiz. Mahzeni gezmek isteyin. Tekrar gitmek istediğimiz bir ülke ve kesinlikle tekrardan burayı tercih ederiz.

Проживали 8-9 ноября 2025. В Тбилиси не впервые, проживали в разных отелях.. Araki просто превзошёл всё ожидания! Новый комфортабельный отель в восстановленном старом семейном доме с историей. Прекрасная локация - в 5-7 минутах от площади Свободы пешком. Доброжелательный персонал, гостеприимная хозяйка, которая познакомила с историей дома. Номер современный, чистый, с небольшим балконом, в номере есть всё необходимое. Прекрасный завтрак. Обязательно будем рекомендовать друзьям и сами вернёмся, если будем когда-нибудь ещё в Грузии. Ein kleines schönes Hotel,fand es sehr angenehm,dass das Zimmer im erdgeschoss war, alles war neu und sehr sauber und beim Frühstück zwei sehr nette Damen die sich sehr gekümmert haben. Schöner kleiner Innenhof

It was our first time in Tbilisi. The main reason for our trip was to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Tbilisi and to propose to my girlfriend. I chose this hotel after reading many reviews, and I believe it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

While we were in Tbilisi, we heard many people complaining about their hotels, but we were very happy with ours. First of all, the rooms were very clean. The breakfast may not fully satisfy a Turkish person because of our strong breakfast culture, but for a country outside Türkiye, it was quite good and had a small but sufficient open buffet.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I can honestly say that Mariam’s attention and care made our holiday much more enjoyable. Every time we met her, we talked for almost an hour, and on our last evening before leaving, we even wanted to spend time with her and have a farewell dinner together.

I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone with peace of mind. We are planning to visit Tbilisi again in April or May, and next time, I will stay at this hotel again without searching for any other option.

Otelin konumu cok güzeldi,tahmin ettiğimizden cok daha kolay ulaştık herkese.Çalisanlar cok tatli ve ilgiliydi.Özellikle Mariam bize her konuda cok yardımcı oldu.Bize gidebilecegimiz yerleri anlattı. İşletme sahibi Katerina hanım da cok yardimseverdi. Kendimizi her konuda cok şanslı hissettik ,tekrar gidersem kesinlikle burada konaklarim yine:)

We were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was extremely kind, polite, and friendly, and the fact that he speaks Turkish was a great plus for us. The wine cellar on the lowest floor and the wine tasting experience were truly enjoyable. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe. Thanks to its central location, we were able to explore all of Tbilisi on foot. Housekeeping provided daily cleaning, which we really appreciated. All staff members were cheerful, understanding, and very welcoming. Their warm attitude towards Turkish guests made us feel even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Мне предложили повышение класса номера, что было очень приятно. Персонал был предупредительным и вежливым. Прекрасный завтрак, отзывчивые хозяйки кухни готовы приготовить омлет или яичницу в любом виде. Вкусные салаты, хороший фильтр-кофе. А в один из дней владелица гостиницы провела для меня короткую экскурсию в винный погреб и рассказала историю родового дома, в котором теперь находится гостиница. Это было очень любезно и мило с её стороны. Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности центра Тбилиси
