Location and cleanliness
Limited parking. Two hotels sharing the same car park and almost every guest drive in Jeju
The location - Seogwipo Olle market is a 5 mins walk around the corner.
Parking - ample basement parking with charging stations for EV cars.
Convenience store - there’s a CU store in the lobby of the hotel.
The rooms are dated - was in Room 328 and the bathroom had water marks all over the ceiling and the toilet smelled damp. The towels had holes in them (clearly old) and the beds were an uncomfortable. You can also hear your neighbours. Definitely does not match the photos displayed on their profile online.
Amenities - they do not have an iron and an ironing board on site. There is also no kettle in the room.
Breakfast was in a Korean seafood restaurant across the road

the room was big and clean, and we had a very nice view from our window! The location was good, it was quite and convenient if you need to take local buses to move around the island. There’s also the parking lot but we didn’t have a car
Front desk staff Ms Seyeong very helpful. On my request, She immediately went to get our luggage at crossroad where my friend waited.
On check out, male front desk staff unwilling to help us push luggage to taxi. Reluctantly helped later on seeing us 2 senior ladies struggled up the slope.
The room size was really big. The shower was amazing, the bath tub was a very big size which was nice, wish I had the chance to use it. The room we stayed was great as it was a place to sleep, but it made me look forward to going back!
The A/C was a little poor but we managed anyways.

We pay for the room and the receiptionist ask for extra money for number of people. You should charge the room only and not the number of people. What worst is after we pay additional charges, no extra blanket, mattress and pillow were provided. Not even instant coffee. The room is spacious enough for even 6 people. Who cares on how many people stay in the room cause we pay for the ROOM! Not even extra on anything after paying extra!!
Good location, close to restaurants and the market. Parking lot for free available in the basement. Big spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
The room really needs some deep cleaning. A lot of surfaces were dirty and so were the glass doors in the bathroom, the mirror etc. The staff needs to spend more time on cleaning, as this was a big downer on the otherwise good accomondation.
Breakfast was not breakfast, it was Korean kimchi at a nearby restaurant
The most comfortable beds and the best pillow! Located perfectly. Would highly recommend
Nothing, but it would have been great to have two keycards
