Quiet and comfy
Pros:

The room was spacious

Cons:

The bathroom falling apart and it is a penthouse it should be the best room in the place and well kept.
The rooms downstairs are way better kept than this room.

Pros:

The staff were polite and nice. The room was big too and neat.

Cons:

Water heater in the bathroom wasn't working. The breakfast was buffet but I was told it can't go for round two when I wanted to fetch more food. It was embarrassing.

It is ok, but...
Pros:

Hotel is clean. Mattress is comfortable.

Cons:

Pillows are VERY high, very high. I couldn't sleep at all. When asking for different pillows, I got no response twice from them.
Also toilet is having a bad smell.

Bad experience. Staff should be trained little more. No value for money. Sorry for that.

Nice and friendly, prize and experience are good
Pros:

The Service is very nice and helps directly. The towels are big and smells very nice, the shower is a great experience. Roomservice is fast, food is good, pool area is very nice. Access to netflix and youtube, very cool!

Cons:

There was a strange odor coming from the outside lingering into the room. Maybe because there was a construction side next to the hotel. And the bathroom was super small, but i managed to fit in and i am not big. For that i gave 9 from 10. But the rest is very good.
