This was the worst experience at at hotel I have ever had, the staff were extremely rude. I would not recommend staying

The property had a comfortable bed- that was the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

DO NOT STAY HERE- firstly it is in a bad location. We arrived early and they made us pay extra to check in even though they had said online that we could check in earlier for free, the room was in the attic and had no AC. The pool water was filthy. We went to use the pool and couldn’t as it was being used for swimming lessons for children who were not staying at the hotel, there was about 20 children in there with parents sat on the loungers watching, it was very clear we were not welcome in this space. We were not informed of this and when we asked a member of staff she was extremely rude and dismissive. We asked to speak to the manager as she said she was just an employee, we later found out she was the manager. She shouted in my face and refused to offer more than £2 compensation for not being able to use the pool for the entire day we were staying here.

Уютный небольшой отельчик. Если вы приехали посмотреть город и посетить достопримечательности Далата, а не сидеть в номере, то это лучший вариант. У отеля есть свой бассейн с подогревом, утром перед началом посещения достопримечательностей пару заплывов отлично. А так же вечером после длительной прогулки по городу, релакс в бассейне лучшее окончание дня. Номера без кондиционеров, есть вентилятор, но с учётом погоды в Далате, нам не пригодился даже вентилятор. Номера немного уставшие, но чистые. Вечером на бассейне если не шуметь можно посидеть компанией. Нам понравился отдых в этом отеле.

Cons:

К сожалению мы курим и нам не хватало пепельницы или мусорки на входе в отель. Это ни минус, а рекомендация.

Pros:

It was really great and staff are super nice. Amazing pool and everything is very clean.

Cons:

During the day the pool was packed with locals doing swimming lessons. The location is poor but still a quick grab ride anywhere.

De snakkede så dårligt engelsk at man ikke kunne kommunikere med dem. WiFi virkede ikke så de tog min telefon og trykkede på alt muligt der gav mig ekstra regninger selvom jeg sagde de ikke måtte trykke. Meget uprofessionelt og elendig kommunikation

симпатичное место, но не очень удобно территориально, и нет завтрака
Pros:

Понравилось само место с видом на площадь для свадеб.
Было красиво выходить на балкончик и любоваться.
Теплый бассейн тоже очень приятный.
И персонал молодцы - старались помочь во всем.

Cons:

Локация не очень удобная: теоретически в центре, по факту - до всего надо ехать, пешком идти далеко.
даже до озера в центре пешком устанешь идти, а пока дойдешь - все закроется (там же рано все закрывается).

ну и без завтрака не особо удобно, учитывая, что все кафе и кофейни с едой далеко

Piscine chauffée et accessible à toute heure

Cons:

Ne pas réserver une chambre. Avec vue (fenêtre) la nôtre ne fermait pas bien et le bruit de la rue était donc plus important

Not overly happy
Pros:

It’s good budget hotel and has a pool

Cons:

Dirty sheets. I can manage hard bed which lot of the hotels have in Vietnam, but I would like to have clean sheets. We had two beds. One had fresh sheets, but not so sure about the other bed. I know how fresh sheets feel and look like and these sheets were all brown/yellow and stained + smelly. Lady convinced me that she changed them before our arrival, but it doesn’t take away the fact that they were stained and smelled like someone has used them for 2 weeks. Lady said sheets are just old.
