Great hillside location with nearby pools and exceptional views from private balcony looking across Water Bay. Quiet location above and away from main roads. Furnishings are like new, clean, thoughtful and state of the art. Parking spaces are available nearby, no parking fee or daily resort fee. Convenient to Smith Bay Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Red Hook.

This unit is very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture indoor and out.

Property was very clean and inviting. As soon as I opened the door and walked in, I heard the Heaven music playing in my head.

The property was clean

The property was noting what we expected and it was so home like atmosphere. It was clean and very organized and they thought of everything. They made sure we needed nothing. The owners thought of everything to make our stay great, beach towels, snorkeling mask, lounge chairs, floaters for the beach. The house was cool when we walked in and we just felt at home and the property was beautiful. The kitchen table was set up as if they were expecting guest with plates, glassware, flatware, center piece and it looked inviting. The bed was so perfect and was completely made and enough pillows and the bathroom had shampoo, body soap and conditioner. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and dishes and everything to cook there. The property was beautiful with a beautiful view of the St. Thomas oceans and great sunset and watching the sun come up. I can’t say enough to express the awesome vacation we had staying on their condo. This was our first experience in a condo type rental and we are definitely coming back and doing business with these great owner. I appreciate during our stay Greg often reached out to make sure we was ok and if there was anything more they can get us and I told them they thought of everything already.

This was a beautiful condo. But views...AMAZING!!!! Our favorite part were the views from the balcony. Can't wait to visit again.

The pics were exactly correct. Breathtaking views overlooking multiple bays. The apartment is quite large and the pics don’t do it justice. Had everything you’d want as a family or a romantic couple retreat. Parking. Gated community. Great communication with the owner and clean. 3 pools, only 2 you really need. To go up and down the stairs to the shore, you better be in shape, but if not, they have carts to ride you down. Great restaurant on the shoreline level. Most of all? Quiet! Would certainly desire to return.

Breathtaking views from our balcony. The resort is located near restaurants, beaches, and many other USVI attractions. The condo was very spacious and comfortable.

We had the best time staying at Greg & Allison’s Mermaid Escape! The space is great - airy & spacious with an incredible view. It’s located on a beautiful property with walkable access to 2 pools, a small private beach and 2 amazing restaurants. Also a 5 min walk to Margaritaville for additional bar & food options and a 10 min walk to Coki beach.

Greg & Allison were super helpful during our stay, checking in and providing recommendations as needed. Would 100% stay there again & highly recommend!!

Breathtaking, peaceful views especially with our morning coffee; A9 condo is completely updated and immaculately clean. Communications with Greg & Allison were extremely timely, helpful, and fun! Staff at the Point Pleasant Resort were also very friendly and informative.

We decided to take taxis rather than rent a car, look for parking, etc. Always available and for us it worked out great.

Great location from the airport and incredible views! The location of the villa to the lobby and restaurants were ideal!

Everything from the moment we stepped in the door. Very comfortable and the views are stunning. We spent 90% of our time on the patio. Beautiful sunrises while enjoying our coffee.
The hosts were wonderful and accommodating.
We definitely will return but for a longer stay. One week was not enough.
The resort staff were very friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved the secluded beach.
A very special place to decompress, slow down and take time to enjoy the moments in front of you.

Location was near many restaurants in Red Hook. Also two restaurants on site were easily walkable, delicious and right on the water. We didn’t use the pool but it was located right next to our place. The host responded immediately to our questions. Wonderful experience with a view that has to be one of the best views in St. Thomas.

Unit A9 at Mermaid Escape was exceptional. It is immaculate in EVERY Respect; well-equipped with everything and high end furniture, There are 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer in Unit. Greg and allison, the Owners are fantastic. They check to see if all is well, and offer any help you could ever need There is an Information Booklet that welcomes guests , and explains everything. The View from the balcony is incredible.

The property was absolutely stunning!!! Breathtaking views!! Felt like the view was a fairytale! Private community very quiet and everyone so friendly and polite and welcoming! Amazing private little beach with snorkeling! Property had everything you needed for our daily adventures small cooler hats towels snorkeling gear even flashlights and lantern for romantic night hike down trail to private beach!!
Property inside was so clean felt so relaxing big huge comfy bed stunning kitchen and living room with everything needed to cook our meals! Had book in property with photos and suggestions to all amazing restaurants and things to do and we tried almost every single restaurant suggested and wasn’t one we didn’t LOVE!! The location was amazing so close to amazing restaurants, grocery store and to car ferry to St Johns. We definitely will be back again!! Hospitality we experienced was beyond amazing!!! Best experience ever by far!!!

Short verison: Great location. Super convenient. Super nice owners. Fantastic views, especially with the morning Sun spilling into giant windows overlooking northern shores.

Long version:
This was my 5th trip to St Thomas over a 24 month period. Each time, the stay was for approx 2 weeks as I go there for work and leisure. Due to the extended lengths, I have stayed at airbnb type of locations.

Condo is really nice, better than the pictures. Clean. Very spacious. Kitchen, bathrooms, etc are all well equipped. The owners have put many thoughtful touches throughout the condo. The condo/resort complex is well maintained. There are several pools, one of which has a bar and kitchen with friendly staff and good food (especially breakfast). There is also a seafood restaurant on the premise. Garbage disposal is very convenient here- for other airbnb places I've stayed, we had to carry the garage to city dumpsters, something not uncommon to St Thomas)

Location: It can be hard to say what part of St Thomas is "best location" as the island is rocky and is divided into many pockets, but we really liked it here. It is close to several beaches, and commercial areas, while still being secluded and private.

Hosts/owners are very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

If this place is available, book it! You will love it.
