The location is very close to almost everything, walking distance. Also, the stuff is friendly. Quiet area.

Cons:

Extremely poor breakfast and very small room. Not a 4* hotel, especially for Turkish hospitality services.

Ayasofya Hotel – A True Home Away from Home
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of fresh and flavorful options. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a comfortable family stay.

The staff provided outstanding hospitality and excellent service. In particular, Ms. Dina, Mr. Saifullah and Mr. Fareed were extremely courteous, patient, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is outstanding—right in the heart of Sultanahmet. Major attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, and other famous landmarks are all within easy walking distance, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
Its excellent location, outstanding service, delicious breakfast, and warm hospitality make it an excellent choice. I would be delighted to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The warmth of welcome was only matched with the warmth of the smiles.
Pros:

The room was spacious with plenty of natural light. Beds comfy. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooftop breakfast was definitely a highlight.
Location was great. Close to the Blue Mosque and stacks of restaurants.

Cons:

Our bad - we didn’t check if it had a lift. But the wonderful assistant raced up and down those four flights of stairs with our suitcases like they weighed nothing.
And getting ourselves up and down four flights was no big deal.

Location. Very tight and steep streets as as expected in this area. Be prepared when you are booking there.

We really enjoyed the experience made special by the lovely staff.
Pros:

The location is excellent being close to Hagia Sophia etc, shops & restaurants. The hotel is clean & well maintained, while the staff , who are super friendly, helpful & efficient made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed a hearty breakfast each morning of our 3 day stay.

Cons:

Our room was small but contained everything we needed.

Pros:

Staff is very very cooperative with great hospitality. Especially the lady at reception was amazing. She also host us during breakfast with very nice smile and her knowledge about the city is amazing and she gives very useful tips.

Cons:

Parking is not available at all. Though location is near to the blue mosque and many restaurants but streets r bit steeped.

Amazing Hospitality
Pros:

This hotel is well located for the Blue Mosque and Hagie Sophia. The breakfast had a great variety, and the view from the rooftop breakfast was of the Bosphorus. All the staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Amina was very friendly and attentive, and full of great recommendations of what to do and where to go. Thank you for making our family trip to Beautiful Istanbul so special.
