Comfortable hotel with great staff near the historic center of Istanbul
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, especially the manager. Every morning at breakfast she made sure to ask what we had planned for the day and offered tips and suggestions. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit smaller than they appear on the pictures.

Cons:

Bathroom had a slight smell, although it was attended to as soon as we reported it.

Exceptional hotel, exceptional service, exceptional location, for a really good price
Pros:

The service is exceptional. Any time of day (we arrived very late at night and were helped with information, dinner, and a free upgrade!) The staff at breakfast were always very attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to cook us gozleme when they only overheard us inquiring where to go to get good gozleme in town. The breakfast buffet is amazing, freshly cooked every day, and with new dishes, and fantastic spread of choices. The hotel is beautifully elegant. The location is second to none. We love the 24/7 complimentary Turkish tea, coffee, and an assortment of sweets and pastries. Shout out to guest manager Ece - she did an outstanding job as a host! If we could give a score higher than 10/10 we would!

Zentral und gepflegt in Sultanahmet
Pros:

Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Frühstück gibt es verschiedene Meze und Backwaren, die alle frisch vor Ort zubereitet sind - toll! Danke für eine schöne Woche in Istanbul; wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Cons:

Mit dem Toilettenpapier ist man ein wenig sparsam, auch wenn es auf Nachfrage bereitwillig Nachschlag erhält.

A friendly, small , clean hotel with very good breakfast walking distance to major attractions.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms, very close walk to Sultanhamet square. Very good breakfast with amazing sea view. Outside terrace was fabulous too. There was an excellent restaurant opposite for our evening meal.

Cons:

Bathroom sink was high, and shelf above was lopsided.

Остановилась в отеле второй раз, и была очень рада, что в наличии были свободные номера!
Во первых с момента моего прошлого раза, в отеле провели реконструкцию и ремонт, дизайн супер. Атмосферно стильно и в то же время очень комфортно! Ощущения как дома)
И конечно же самое главное преимущество отеля - это персонал!!!
Встретили как родную🤗
Вежливые коммуникабельные заботливые, еще и на русском языке говорят свободно. Огромное спасибо Мурату!!!! И всем всем, в том числе сотрудникам ресторана, главной кормилице Айфие, если правильно помню имя))

Pros:

Lage vom Hotel war top, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Super Tipp mit der Bahnkarte / Istanbulkarte, die man an der Rezeption erhält sofern verfügbar.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein und die Beschriftung beim Frühstück wäre hilfreich gewesen. Aber die Mitarbeiter haben alles erklärt.

La ubicación si quieres estar cerca de todo lo que necesitas ver como turista un par de días. El trato del personal siempre dispuesto a tus necesidades y darte los mejores consejos

Kõik oli väga tore! Personal sõbralik ja hotell puhas. Väga meeldis katusel olev terass, mida sai oma suva järgi kasutada sh nt osta poest külma õlut ja juua seda merevaatega katusel. Lisaks anti soovitatavad kohad, kus võib käia ja aega veeta. Külastades on hea ehk neist juhistest kinni hakata, sest meie nt külastasime ühte vana türgi hamami (15. sajandist) mõeldes, et see ehk ehedam türgi sauna kogemus aga kõik oli seal kallis ja turistide nöörimise peale üles ehitatud samas kui need, kes külastasid hotelli soovitatud hamami jäid väga rahule. Teenustasu nad ühegi soovituse pealt ei võta vmt, annavad juhiseid lihtsalt selleks, et kogu elamus oleks toredam :)
See ongi Türgit külastades keeruline - saada aru, kus on reaalselt viisakad inimesed, kes näitavad üles ülimat türgi külalislahkust ja kus on keegi, kes üritab ära kasutada. Vihjeks tänaval käies - isegi kui ostad ühe pudeli vett, kui pole hinda juures, küsin alati palju maksab ja vaata summat enne maksmist. Niipea kui valvsuse kaotad võib juhtuda, et ostad poest 10 euro asemel neli õlut 40 euroga :)
Ja samal ajal võib juhtuda, et külastad väikest poodi, ostad sealt 12 euro eest midagi, kõik näidatakse kalkulaatoril ette, pakendatakse ja antakse külastamise eest mõlemale kingituseks kaunis külmiku magnet pealekauba.

Aga hotelli ei jõua ära kiita! Asukoht on super, personal pakub päeva jooksul ka Türgi kohvi või teed tasuta, kui soovite ja lisaks on lähedal hulga kohvikuid ja õhtuti turvaline liigelda ka naisterahvastel. Tubade suurused jm on ilusti bookingus välja toodud, nt kui võtate 16m2 toa, siis ei maksa imestada, et see on väike. Peabki olema :)
Suur aitäh kõigile, kes n id võõrustasid! Olime seal kolm ööd ja tagasi tulles külastaja kindlasti uuesti!
