Deu pra ficar, mas esperava mais.
Pros:

A equipe de funcionarios foi super atenciosa e prestativos.

Cons:

O quarto era beeem menor do que o descrito no site, não tinha nem 10m², não dava nem para abrir uma mala ao lado da cama, e o banheiro também era bem apertado. O café da manhã não tinha tantas opções como mostravam nas fotos do site, que por sinal foram criadas com IA, o que deixa diferente da realidade.

Resümee: ein perfektes Hotel für kürzeren Städtetrip.
Pros:

Kleines liebevoll geführtes Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Europäischer Seite von Istanbul alles zu Fuß bestens erreichbar.
Sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Wir hatten für 4 Nächte das Luxory Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht.
Die Zimmer sind für 4 Sterne Hotel recht klein und das Bad ebenso. Dafür alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zu bemängeln wäre ein sehr kleiner Schrank.
Und leider im Bad der recht unangenehme Geruch des Abwassers ( vermutlich aus der gesamten Hotelkanalisation ? )

Lovely stay for a 1st time in Istanbul
Pros:

The bed was so comfy, staff were so nice and generous, loved the location and breakfast was also lovely.

Cons:

The room was definitely small, didn’t realize how small until after I walked in but it was still comfortable.

Cons:

Csalódás volt az egész!
A fotón látható hotel egyáltalán nem ilyen. Nem is hasonlít kicsit se!
A valódi hotel egy sikátorhoz hasonló mellékutcában van. A szoba ami a tengerre néz valójában az egész szállodában egyetlen szobából se látható.Mivel a szomszéd házak kitakarják!
A reggeli svédasztal rendkivül kicsi választékkal bír a fotókon láthatókhoz képest.Reggelizni csak 9:00-tol lehet.
Bár a helyi nevezetességek már 8:30-tol nyitva vannak. Így nem reggeliztünk! De a városban számtalan helyen vannak jó helyek korán reggel.
A fürdőben a zuhany kabinban helyenként penészedés látható. Ugyan ki van takarítva.

La gentilezza della Manager, sempre presente e sorridente, tutto il personale in generale molto bravo

Cons:

La terrazza per le colazioni. Non c'è la vista che mi aspettavo guardando foto dove sembra si veda il mare facendo colazione, in realtà tra muretti e case davanti non si vede quasi quando si è a sedere. Alcune foto sono palesemente false, le toglierei, non toglierebbe nulla al valore della struttura che ha dei punti molto forti ma meglio non creare false aspettative

Quaint stay in heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Great location, short distance to many of the main tourist attractions and had an amazing breakfast shout out to the staff that serve breakfast as well as the front desk staff

Cons:

Overall, the property is older. The rooms and bathrooms are very tiny. Our room had just enough room for two suitcases and my husband and I.

disappointing
Pros:

all the staf was nice and helpful, breakfast was good and had a nice variety changing everyday.
location is really good for the nearby places, a lot of main attractions are close, but since we stayed longer to explore more, it was not so convenient for public transportation.

Cons:

the pictures are very misleading, the room is super small and bathroom a bit dirty with really bad towels (way too used). we also had to ask for toilet paper as there was none. the bed and pillows were not very good. I did mention to the staff about the size of the room and the pictures and they said "there are smaller rooms and it's difficult to update booking pictures, so post on your review", and I know there are smaller rooms as I did NOT pick/payed the smaller on purpose. so yeah, definitely not what we paid for, this is roughly a 3 star hotel, so it was a disappointing stay

Ubicación excelente, perfecta amabilidad y hospitalidad, comfort y disposición de todo el personal.
Una maravilla de hotel y habitación, si pudo haber cualquier duda o problema se resuelve enseguida y eficazmente. Desayuno variado y rico!
Terraza magnifica y acogedora y recibidor de lujo!

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que la ubicación a pesar de ser cerca de la zona céntrica y de las mezquitas principales y museos mas populares, los alrededores son principalmente calles empinadas y con cuestas, por lo demás muy bien, tan solo indicar que no hay ascensor.
