Accomodating and cosy.
Pros:

Very clean and nice facilities. Big mirrors and good location for abreeza mall and other cafes and shops.

Cons:

Lifts are a bit unreliable and the pool area photos need an update or pool needs a repair.

Not so much of an issue for me but I think they ALSO need to focus on some maintenance issue ( dusting of cupboards ( alot of dust accumulation on top of cabinets too), toilet door's worn out)

Gymnastics Comp and Vacation
Pros:

The room is indeed cozy and clean.
Free purified water available. Room is secured. The lobby guards are well informed of our stay and helpful. Bed is the good size and aircon is working well. Hot water in the shower is also working well. Very near the mall for the venue of the gymnastics competition.

The property did not match the pictures on Booking.com and was more of a homestay/airbnb apartment. The lifts were exceptionally slow.

It was a pleasent stay, with good enough amenities and a nearby mall. But the service from the owner could have been bet
Pros:

We liked that the property was clean, well-located and safe. It was also aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

We had no warm water for the entire duration of our stay and when asked for a discount as a compensation, there was no response from the owner.
