Clean hotel but beware of staff
Pros:

Despite the smell in The room it was spacious and sheets was clean bed was comfortable ISH. Bathroom clean and changed towels when needed. Breakfast was ok quite a selection and plenty to choose from. (I don't agree that hot chocolate doesn't come for free in a morning you have to pay extra for it so it's either coffee or pay extra) Check out isn't until 12 which is good.
Bar area was comfy and clean.

Cons:

First the bad points...
Staff rude and abrupt definately need to learn how to smile more. The main bar man with the long hair - be very wary of him he rudely asked if he could add 10% to the bill for a tip for himself obviously I said no I find that very rude to expect a tip and to be put on the spot like that and asked for money is disgusting. I heard him ask every person served if he could take extra 10% for a tip then when they say yes he states he's an honest person.... He's really not honest at all as he overcharged us multiple times and tried to con us out of giving us our change back on multiple times saying he had no change yet he did and he didn't expect me to ask him to take the money off my next drink then.
We booked a day trip through reception to go to bran castle , peeles castle and bashov and it states cost 100 euros (but u can't pay in euros they transfer it into RON which is extremely misleading) and the driver charges you whatever the price is for that exchange on the day so there is no set price! The driver is there main driver for the hotel which they use for day trips and transfers etc. We found him at times very rude one minute he told us not to slam the doors (which we wasn't in the first place) then told me to stay on the path and nearby, told us to take pics in a place that clearly stated no photography, said I wasn't enthusiastic enough (very rude) made unnecessary comments just because I wanted to stop and take a photo or go and get a fridge magnet just no need for any of it so all this to a point we just wanted the trip to end and the drive back took forever due to the traffic. You also don't get as long at the places like it states on the itinerary so false advertising. Not to mention the trip states you get driven in a limousine ... We got a dirty black mercedes that sounded like it was about ready to fall apart.

Ottimo albergo vicino al centro
Pros:

Albergo in ottima posizione, stanza pulita molto bella con il balcone, letto comodissimo, bagno funzionale

Cons:

Unica cosa negativa, il riscaldamento molto alto nella camera che non era regolabile e mi ha obbligato a dormire con la finestra aperta, altrimenti c’erano 28° in camera

Pros:

המלון ברמה גבוהה, אמנם בוטיקי, אבל יש בפנים כל מה שצריך. החדר נעים ונקי, משדר יוקרה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וטובה, מומלצת בחום. הצוות היה נעים, אפילו במעלית אמרו שלום. בקבלה עשו את מיטב המאמצים לעזור לי. תודה רבה!

In general I would have stayed again. I felt really comfortable and hospitable
Pros:

Exceptional breakfast, cleaning, and the gym

Cons:

It would have been nice if they had bathrobes for using after the sauna to be able to walk upstairs to your room without the need to get dressed at the wellness area but they were plenty of towels for use.

Room size spacious and bathroom was lovely

Cons:

The room smelt like smoke the entire stay and we were not smokers. The lobby had clearly been refurbished, same with the bathrooms but the room is very dated. The Aircon is very week. One of the lifts was temperamental and often didn't work. The room did not have a main light and even with all the lamps turned on, it was still very dim.

Lage des Zimmers: Sehr wenig Tageslicht. Zwei schmale Fenster geben nur den Blick auf die unmittelbar gegenüberliegende Hauswand frei.

Όλα ήταν άριστα. αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε παραπάνω ήταν η δωρεάν πρόσβαση στο γυμναστήριο του ξενοδοχείου και στη σάουνα, κάτι που δεν περιμέναμε. Επίσης, μας έδωσαν δωρεάν νερό, κόκα κόλα και μπύρα που σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία τα πληρώνεις αυτά

Cons:

Ίσως ήταν ελάχιστα ακριβό για Βουκουρέστι και χωρίς πρωινό, άλλα στην τελική δεν μας πείραξε καθώς είχε από κάτω φούρνο.
