Prezzo di un 4 stelle, ma...
Pros:

La posizione e' molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della Citta'; le stanze sono spaziose e comode sotto tutti i punti di vista. Consumazione Frigo compresa, con anche macchinetta e cialde Nespresso. La colazione e' abbastanza ricca e di qualita'.

Personale:
.. a causa di un problema con Booking, ho avuto 4 prenotazioni tutte riferite ad una persona per camera, invece che a 2 persone per camera; contattate le altre strutture, TUTTE hanno capito la situazione, hanno verificato il prezzo e si sono attivate per avere camere per 2 persone con relative colazioni. Qui, hanno da subito fatto storie per capire cosa sia accaduto; si era arrivati - a fatica - alla conclusione (giusta!) di dover pagare la tassa di soggiorno per le 2 persone mancanti (per 2 notti), ed infatti sono state pagate appena arrivati; la sorpresa, e' che non hanno invece incluso le colazioni, per cui avremmo dovuto pagare le 2 mancanti, per un totale di 38 euro al giorno (la colazione costa 19 euro: uno sproposito, considerando che con 15 euro ceni abbondantemente)
Il direttore Vlad non ha voluto sentire ragione! Non ha creduto che l'importo pagato fosse per 4 persone, neanche verificando quale sarebbe stato un normale costo giornaliero, per confrontare il prezzo e quindi capire se - come doveva essere - TUTTE le colazioni erano comprese. Ci ha proposto uno sconto pazzesco: da 19 a 17 euro a colazione..... chiaramente siamo andati a fare colazione fuori!
.. essendo in macchina, alla ragazza in reception ho chiesto come potessi fare, e per le indicazioni sul parcheggio da lei indicato mi ha detto che potevo vedere su Google !!!! (poi abbiamo visto che stava poco piu' avanti dall'altra parte della strada)
Stanza:
.. la mia Cozy Urban verso l'interno, era abbastanza buie, avendo solo due finestrine (large 30/40 cm) alle estremita' della parete esterna; quella dei miei amici aveva addirittura UNA sola finestrina...
.. quando siamo rientrati nel pomeriggio abbiamo trovato il bagno pulito con gli asciugamani cambiati, ma la camera non pulita ed il letto non rifatto....

Lovely stay, great location.
Pros:

Great location. Some lovely restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Easy to walk to the Old Town.

Cons:

We had an issue with ongoing noise from maintenance / refurbishment work in the next door room during our stay, we spoke to reception and they did apologise apart from that we had a great stay.
