Sólo por la ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es privilegiada !!
La vista desde su restaurante es hermosa !!
El personal en general es muy amable, todos son muy atentos, respetuosos y acomedidos.

Cons:

Las instalaciones se ven descuidadas y viejas. En la habitación había muchos mosquitos. Resolvimos la situación usando repelente, pero si fue bastante molesto lidiar con los zancudos.
La alberca se ve descuidada y no ofrecen ningún tipo de amenidades.
Las habitaciones no tienen televisión; si viajas con niños debes tomar en cuenta esto para buscar otras opciones de distracción temporal.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación en un piso 5 por escalera. Cuando pedimos una mas abajo nos dijeron que podían darnos una abajo de menor calidad por el mismo precio. No se como harían en el caso de alguien limitado en su movilidad.
El.hotel es de los 70 y a nuestro entender se quedo ahi. La habitación estaba justa .
El desayuno que en la publicación ofrecen como opción continental o a la carta, es realmente lamentable. Unos trozos de fruta seca , un café intomable, unas tostadas con mermelada incomible y un par de huevos.
Ojala puedan tomar algo de esto para poder aprovechar en brindar un servicio mucho mejor

Pros:

El desayuno es delicioso, y la señora Ana es una persona muy linda y atenta, en general todos los empleados del Hotel. La ubicación es frente a la playa, y alrededor de restaurantes, cafés, tiendas de souvenirs, farmacias.

We love the central location and fabulous views!
Pros:

We stayed in a top floor corner room with fantastic views. Bedroom was glass enclosed with blackout curtains and air-conditioning. 2 queen beds were very comfortable though a little shorter than we expected. There were one and a half bathrooms. The shower was large. The living room & dining room area had a large hammock and table with four comfortable chairs. This area was all open air with gorgeous views of the beach ocean. The small kitchen area includes a small refrigerator, microwave, 10 cup coffee maker, and a small bottle of water per person per day. However, there were only 2 coffee mugs and coffee packets that brewed just two cups. There were no other kitchen items. It would have been nice to four plates, cups, and flatware.
The restaurant also has an ocean view and is open air. The breakfast was included and it was good. Instead of toast it would be nice to have Mexican pan.

Cons:

They seem to be making upgrades and the property has so much potential. They need to update their website because it lists many services that would be great, but are not available and they don’t know when or if they will be in the future. Maybe the hotel could lease space for services including event space, cooking classes, yoga classes and pool service! A full restaurant and bar would also be a big improvement.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, frente a la zona turística de Zicatela, cerca de bares, tiendas y restaurantes.

Cuartos, prados y piscina muy limpias.

Muy buen desayuno y vista espectacular al océano.

Un plus la terraza con amaca.

Cons:

Sin pantalla de tv y muchos escalones por subir a los cuartos superiores, pero la vista lo vale.

Excelentes vacaciones.
Pros:

La vista de la habitación excelente con clima, el internet muy buena velocidad, la alberca con agua calientita muy agusto, ubicación también muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Nuestra estancia fue cómoda la habitación nos agrada mucho, solo hay que cuidar los detalles que la madera de las cabeceras están rayadas con obscenidades que si las leen los niños no sería adecuado.
Las chapas hay que darles mantenimiento porque cuando las tocas parece que se caerán, la amaca estaba un poco rota hay que cambiarlas, poner una cortina por lo menos en la regadera para que no se haga tanto tiradero de agua.
La piscina muy bien el agua calientita, solo hay que poner unos reflejantes en los escalones para evitar golpes.
En lo general si voy a regresar.
