Grande chambre - balcon agréable avec hamac - beau jardin - personnel très affable - belle piscine

Cons:

C’est très malheureux mais la discothèque en face de l’hôtel est horriblement bruyante du mercredi au dimanche de 21 h a 2 h. Une honte ! Pauvres hôteliers….

Loud rave next door, not worth it, even if the hotel is beautifully designed

There is an open air rave next to the hotel that plays LOUD music all night long. Would have been miserable if I stayed there more than one night. Would not recommend solely based on the noise situation.

Night club across the street
Pros:

Great location and really beautiful property

Cons:

Night club across the street played ridiculously loud music with unbelievably heavy bass. It shook the entire room until 3:30am. Not the property’s fault but glad we only booked one night.

Too noisy because of disco/club across the street!
Pros:

This property has so much potential -- the grounds are very nice, the pool is big and well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Most of the staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is also located at a convenient spot on Zicatela beach. However, there are several issues -- some within the hotel's control, others without -- that made staying here less than an ideal or relaxing experience.

Cons:

The biggest problem at this hotel is noise. There is a big disco/club right across the street, Bestia, that plays deafening electronic dance music until 3-4 a.m. I stayed Fri-Wed, and the only nights that were quiet were Monday and Tuesday. The hotel has a sign up at the reception (Spanish only) letting guests know about the noise in case they want to find another place to stay, but you can't imagine how loud it is without experiencing it. I was at the top of the complex, wore earplugs, and was still unable to sleep. I would never stay here again for this reason alone. According to hotel staff, it is a problem with all hotels along the main road because there are no noise ordinances in place.
Other issues: The basic breakfast was so bad that I stopped taking it after the second morning (e.g., the coffee was terrible and the second day everything was so over-salted I could not finish it). On my arrival, the reception could not find the key for my room, so they put me in a different room. The person at reception tried to convince me that it was the same type of room, but the pictures on the Booking.com reservation showed otherwise. I was moved to the room I reserved the next day, but the hotel should simply have apologized and refunded the difference rather than trying to convince me that this smaller room was the same.

N’eut été le vacarme nocturne c’est un vrai paradis.

Le paysagement est fameux et bien entretenu

Cons:

Le bruit du bar la Bestia est insupportable malgré l’avertissement préalable.
Le déjeuner pourrait être plus varié.

Personnel très gentil. La propreté des chambres et la grandeur. La piscine le parking à disposition. Et divers animaux présents dans le jardin oiseau iguane petit écureuil...

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est servi seulement à partir de 8h30. Et un peu de bruit à cause des boîtes de nuit ou des bars car c'est une station balnéaire.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el desayuno es lo básico pero rico y la recámara es amplia y limpia , me encantó que hay mucha naturaleza en el jardín , sobre todo que el hotel tiene muy buenas vistas al mar y está frente al mar solo hay que cruzar la calle

Me iban a dar una habitación con aún mejor vista al mar pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba así que me dieron otra habitación, pero fueron amables y me dieron otras opciones

El mejor hotel en el qué me he hospedado
Pros:

Tenemos varios años visitando puerto escondido por lo que nos hemos hospedado en varios hoteles y sin duda alguna este hotel Arcoiris es el mejor en todos los aspectos por lo que lo recomiendo ampliamente, de aquí en adelante nos seguiremos hospedando en este hotel 1000/10,excelente trato, instalaciones limpias y amplias, alberca en buenas condiciones.
