Pros:

Fantastic place with fabulous staff. Right by the cenote (avoid late afternoon when the tour buses turn up and you’ll have the place to yourself).

A local market right by the hotel which is brilliant for breakfast and seeing local life.

And delicious chicken served up across the road in a little shack. This place was an absolute treat.

The room was pretty and clean. The shared courtyard is beautiful. The staff at the reception was always kind and helpful.

The hot water was sometimes a bit unreliable, but overall it was ok.

La cuisine d’appoint tooop attention pas de quoi faire des pâtes.
Le cadre est top un séjour extérieur pour inviter des amis à manger près de la cuisine

Un peu loin du centre mais des magasins à meilleurs prix et une belle Cenote à 100 m.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, bardzo pomocny personel, dostaliśmy świetne rekomendacje restauracji i opcji transportu.

Cozy place full of spirit and charm.
Lovely shared spaces and a great atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and genuinely helpful — they recommended some fantastic places to eat that we really enjoyed.
It wasn’t the most luxurious place we stayed during our 14-day trip in Mexico, but it was definitely the most charming. Very clean, with thoughtful little details that make a difference.
Highly recommended — we loved our stay.

Pros:

Love it here; this is my third time staying here. Comfortable rooms? Peaceful pool area & communal kitchen area. Staff is super kind & helpful. Right next to Cenote Zaci short walk to town center. I forgot something here my last stay 6 months ago and they held onto it for me presented it to me when I checked in.

Très joli cadre, propre et au calme. Propriété bien entretenue.
À proximité de la cenote zaci. À 10 15 min à pied du centre.
Literie confortable et lit king size.
Cuisine à disposition pour prendre des repas.

Cons:

Nous sommes passés par l'hôtel pour la location d'un scooter afin de nous rendre à chichen itza. Il était convenu qu'il soit à notre disposition à 7h du matin. Nous étions un peu pris par le temps et souhaitions partir tôt pour arriver à l'ouverture du site. Le prestataire est arrivé avec plus de 35 minutes de retard. Il s'est à peine excusé et nous a invité à faire la pression des pneus avant de prendre la route. J'ai trouvé cela vraiment abusé surtout que nous avons payé 500 pesos pour à peine 5h de location.
