Very friendly and cosy hotel with reasonable prices and handy for London Stadium
Pros:

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Nice quiet room and reasonably well-situated for public transport.

Cons:

The bed was not the comfiest and the room was very warm with no visible means of adjusting the heating. Would have preferred some grab and go breakfast items to be available.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

Lovely friendly check-in lady. Very kindly gave us an upgrade. Room was lovely and warm, fairly spacious and exceptionally clean. Lovely fresh white bed linen and complimentary bottled water. Fresh fluffy white towels.

Cons:

Mattress was poor quality but reasonably comfortable.
No tea/coffee facilities , but this is stated on hotel information so we brought our own kettle for the room. There is however facilities in the public cafe area.

Very pleasant area and staff! Great for people who want to visit London without constant hustle.
Pros:

The staff were phenomenal, super accommodating and friendly. The bathroom was pretty well-equipped for a small space and the room was the perfect size for one person.

Cons:

The bed was quite stiff and thin, meaning you could feel the springs in some places, and was therefore uncomfortable. Additionally, the room could be incredibly hot at times.
