Comfortable clean room

Cons:

Staff were shouting in corridor outside my room at 4am about something not working in a room. No consideration for guests sleeping. I could also hear them at the reception

Out of 10, I rate 6.
Pros:

No breakfast.
Staff services were very poor as whenever we called for housekeeping, they said ok ok but no staffs came for housekeeping.
Even luggages were taken to the room by ourselves.

Cons:

Even luggages were taken to the room by ourselves.
Atleast this part, housekeeping staffs could help the guests.

Because of the lack of housekeeping services, we changed out stay for next 4 days to some other hotel and dint stay with kenz residency.
