The friendly staff and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The gym equipment need urgent attention. The pool pumps are not put on timeously for morning swims. Also there were no pool towels.

A very good property with fantastic service
Pros:

Location was very good. Its almost the centre of the city and therefore easy to move around the city. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Service was fast and efficient.

Check in and Check out was Excellent - Sheheen at the Front desk was a perfect host. There was also a trainee who helped me a few times. He was also very good.

Annel at the bar was great. Proactive, along with a fantastic service that came with a smile as a bonus.

Breakfast was good, services was good but can be co-ordinated better. The cooking station is located on the Verandah for obvious reasons, however, there seems to be a lack of communication between the chef and the the service staff. Still, no complaints.

Cons:

The space at the hotel's front area for cabs to stop is limited however, the property has plenty of space at the rear entrance. A better signage at the front entrance along with luggage trolleys would be probably ease the congestion.

2nd floor buffet cafeteria head and disturbed is a lot because of her lack of information from reception. She has to get the details which guests opt for breakfast or not. This is the one we didn't like asking again and again.
