Hotel family friendly, top!
Pros:

Il cibo era molto buono, c'era molta varietà sia nella colazione che le opzioni della cena. A colazione le paste erano fresche e le torte fatte in casa ottime. Pure lo yogurt lo fanno loro, bacon e uova ogni mattina.
Mi è piaciuta molto la climatizzazione delle camere, che è sempre in funzione di modo che quando si rientra la camera è bella fresca. Eravamo con nostro figlio piccolo e c'erano tutti i servizi per lui, a partire da un piccolo parco giochi nel giardino della struttura, passeggino a disposizione per i clienti, piscina e animazione top.

Cons:

L'arredamento e i bagni sono un pochino "vintage", ma tutto molto pulito e tutto funzionante.

Název hotelu Sympathy předchází jeho charakter
Pros:

Sympatický, milý, vstřícný, komunikativní personál a majitelé. Perfektní, zábavní, snaživí, neúnavní a milí animátoři. Denně nová témata zábavy. Nadstandardní úklid, denně vše krásně čisté jak na pokoji, tak ve společných prostorách. Široký výběr chutného jídla i příloh. Dostatek zeleniny. K dispozici dětský výběr jídla. Na pokojích balkon - hezký výhled i pro sušení osušek. Do všech pater výtah. Venku terasa s dostatkem mist k sezení, pohovky byly obzvláště prijemne k odpocinku. U bazénu je mozne najit misto vzdy. Otevreny az do 22.hod. i s odpoledním klidnym plavanim pro dospělé. Parkování primo u hotelu nebo na ulici pred hotelem. WiFi připojení fungovalo perfektně. Nonstop bar s velmi ochotnou a příjemnou obsluhou. S každou záležitosti nam v hotelu pomohli, neodkladne vzdy vyresili případné technicke nedokonalosti, bez urgovani a pripominani se. Líbilo se nam bezpecne prostředí pro deti. V blizkem okolí klid. Na plazi i ve víru pravidelných trhů ci denně otevřených lokálních obchůdků jste za par minut prochazkovou chuzi. Přímo před hotelem zastávka Metromare, doveze az skoro do centra Rimini. Plaze čisté, se spoustou sluzeb a udržované s dostatkem vyžití jak pro dospělé, tak pro deti. Také s fungující WiFi i milým personálem. Je více nez vidět, ze lide, kteří se o hotel starají, mezi sebou komunikuji, na hotelu jim zalezi a dělají to s láskou a nadšením. A ikdyz nejsme zrovna Italové, ale cizinci, i tak jsme měli k dispozici a uzitku vse, jako "domaci". Užili jsme si krásnou dovolenou, nic nam nechybělo a meli jsme štěstí i na prijemne hotelove hosty... Děkujeme.

Hlučnost projíždějících nočních nákladních vlaků. Naštěstí jich nejezdi nijak moc.

Albergo per famiglie pulito e ben organizzato. Piscina, spazio giochi e animazione ideali per i bambini
Buona idea la ristorazione a buffet. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti.
Davanti all'albergo fermata metrobus per andare a Rimini e a Riccione.

Cons:

Molto vicino alla ferrovia, ma con i doppi vetri non si sente rumore.

Eigentlich wollten wir nie wieder auf Italien fahren und den Urlaub dort zu verbringen( Hatten immer Pech mit den Hotels). Wir haben aber dan doch noch uns dazu entschlossen Italien eine Chance zu geben und wir haben es nicht berreut. Mein Mann und unsere Kinder ( 3 und 6) haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Kinderanimation war total lieb und nicht aufdringlich man könnte trotzdem entspannen am Pool. Das Zimmer war supper und immer sehr gut geputzt auf modern und alles was wir brauchten. Der Strand ist ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Einkaufsstraße konnten aber immer Buggys für die Kinder ausleihen. Das Personal am Strand war auch supper( 2 Liegen hinten und Schirm kosten 25 vorne 30) fùr uns ein Vorteil war auch dass die S-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel war so konnte man ohne Auto die Gegend erkunden und auch zum Markt fahren. Das Personal ist so lieb und nett und helfen in jeder Situation auch die Bar hat immer offen und hat faire Preise nur fein wäre wenn man bar und nicht mit der aufladbaren Karte zahlen kann. Der Safe ist auch kostenlos.Wir sind eigentlich all inklusive Urlaube gewohnt aber das war als Alternative toll können es jedem empfehlen. Danke für den Erholungsurlaub ❤️

Cons:

Leider das Frühstück war nicht so supper auch nach mehrmaligem fragen hat es sehr lange gedauert zum auffüllen.
Wo das Hotel nichts dafür kann ist dass die Einkaufsstraße nicht so toll für uns war.sind leider nicht nach rechts gegangen sondern immer links rechts ist viel mehr los und ein toller Vergnügungspark.

The worst experience ever
Cons:

The Premium Comfort Family room was very small, you could hardly turn around. Very small bathroom which was smelling of mold. Breakfast was awful, hardly some food, dining room was filthy and messy, no staff around to help you or bring anything, as if they were hiding away from guests. The worst thing was that they deducted the accomodation costs from my credit card though it was written on booking no payment upfront needed and that we will pay in the Hotel. At the end we paid twice, they deducted funds from my credit card, and we paid as well at check-out at the Reception. In total would not recommend this Hotel to anyone

Cons:

The apartment was placed near kitchen, so every morning(since 6am) we are hearing sounds of metal dishes, water flowing and etc. Also we haven't got full set of bathroom towels(3 of 5).
Swimming pool was dirty(it was cleaned every morning, but no active filtration during the day) - imagine the state of it while 20+ peoples are using it.
Breakfast was poor. No fruits, no vegetables, plenty of desserts. Every time you should ask to bring missing food, cups, etc.
Close location to railway(+ bus road) - but that is not a problem, modern trains and buses are quiet, surrounding noises from kitchen were move "harmful".
