Pros:

Vier Tage im Sympathiehotel haben uns gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit, das Essen war fein. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung.

Cons:

Nur das Kinderprogramm war auf Italienisch , war schwierig für unsere Kinder mitzumachen, wäre schön, wenn darauf geachtet wird.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso e siamo stati felicissimi della nostra esperienza! Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti e benvenuti. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, cordiale e sempre disponibile, e l’atmosfera dell’hotel è semplicemente fantastica.

Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, ci siamo divertiti tantissimo e, soprattutto, i nostri bambini sono stati felicissimi. Hanno soggiornato in diversi hotel, ma raramente hanno trovato un’atmosfera così calorosa, accogliente e familiare.

Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato ogni momento del nostro soggiorno e non vediamo già l’ora di tornare l’anno prossimo. Consigliamo questo hotel con tutto il cuore.

Eine wunderschöne Woche im Hotel Sympathi❤️
Pros:

Das Hotel macht seinem Namen wirklich alle Ehre – die Atmosphäre ist herzlich, familiär und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fanden wir die tägliche Abendunterhaltung, vor allem für die Kinder. 😊

Auch die Verständigung auf Deutsch und Englisch war für uns ein großes Plus. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe, und am Pool findet man immer nette Gesellschaft.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, besonders die Pasta-Gerichte! 🍝

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder! 🥰🇮🇹 Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Animacje dla dzieci to jakiś żart
Trzy piosenki dla dzieci wieczorem i to wszystko, a gdy dziecko nie mówi po włosku to nawet nie próbują podejść i spróbować zachęcić do zabawy. Tak zwane pizza party itd to kpina. Dzieci siedzą przy stole, dostaną kawałek pizzy i tyle ( żadnej muzyki do tego, żadnych śmiechów, kompletnie nic)
Pokoje brudne, zaniedbane
Jedzenie bardzo słabe a menu dla dzieci składało się tylko ze spaghetti z ryżem bądź makaronem. Nie polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi bo szczerze się zawiedziecie

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich, und wenn ich Fragen hatte, wurden sie immer freundlich beantwortet. Es war alles super.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war, dass man mich gebeten hat, meinen Kindern zu sagen, sie sollen nachts ruhig sein. Meine Kinder waren nachts immer ruhig und haben niemanden gestört. Deshalb fand ich es nicht richtig, dass man ausgerechnet mich darauf angesprochen hat. Das hat mir nicht gefallen.

Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.

Kleiner extra Wirlpool.

Leider nicht sicher für Kinder.
Mehrere Verletzungsgefahren in der gesamten Anlage.
Türstockleiste ist uns beim ersten Türöffnen entgegen gefallen.
Keine Reparatur, nur festgedrückt vom Hotelbesitzer.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr verschmutzt.
Nach der Schlüsselübergabe im frischen Zimmer sowohl im Bett, in der Dusche und am Boden des Zimmers die Haare der Vorbewohner verteilt.

Zimmerwechsel oder Nachbesserung war trotz Nachfrage nicht möglich.

Sehr abgewohnt.

Frühstücksangebot war ungenießbar, von frisch weit entfernt.

Nach Hinweisen auf die Mängel und der Bitte um Entfernung des Durex auf dem Kinderspielplatz hieß es: wenn es stört selbst entfernen.

Trotz zusätzlicher Parkplatzbuchung kein kein Parkplatz vor Ort, sondern einfach nur auf der Straße davor

Abschließend wurde die Familie beleidigt das sich noch nie jemand unwohl gefühlt hätte.


Da wir den Aufenthalt nach 3 Tagen abgebrochen haben und in ein anderes 3 Sterne Hotel gewechselt sind, war es doch noch ein wunderschöner Urlaub unter wesentlich hygienischen und freundlicheren Bedingungen.
