My wife and I stayed at Sacred Mansion for five nights in August 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected from a property presenting itself as a luxury hotel.
From the beginning, we were given only one room key. When we asked for a second key, we were given several excuses and eventually told we would have to pay €10 for an additional key. For a hotel of this level, charging €10 for a basic plastic room key was extremely disappointing. When I questioned this, the front desk employee told me that Sacred Mansion is not a five-star hotel, but a boutique hotel. Regardless of the classification, this felt unnecessarily cheap and unreasonable.
The room was also extremely hot. The thermostat would not go below 24.5°C. I reported the issue, and someone was sent to the room, but we were basically told that the temperature was fixed for the rooms. What was frustrating was that the lobby and the large guest relaxation area could be cooled to approximately 22.5°C.
Our room had a living room and bedroom, but only one air-conditioning vent in the living room. At 24.5°C, one vent was not enough to properly cool the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The bathroom was particularly uncomfortable because there was no proper ventilation, making it extremely hot and stuffy.
Housekeeping was another disappointment. One piece of furniture in the living room still had glass marks/spots from a previous guest and remained uncleaned throughout our entire five-night stay. We also had to ask twice for basic items such as bottled water and dental kits.
We requested an iron and ironing board and, after more excuses, eventually received them. However, they were later taken away from the room. That same day, we had to call again and ask for them to be brought back because our clothes had become wrinkled from being packed in a garment bag.

Your eyes will never get tired of discovering special little details around this hotel. Every corner is beautiful, and you can really feel that a lot of thought has gone into everything.
One of our favourite moments was opening our window early in the morning and seeing the hot air balloons floating past right in front of us. It was magical!
The hotel also has a wonderful spa and swimming pool, as well as a very good restaurant with the most attentive a staff!! The location is great too only about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Göreme.
A truly special place to stay in Cappadocia.
They host wedding picture sessions. I believe they could tell us when these are taking place, so you don’t walk in the middle of a session and disturb the couples and photographers.

Vor allem Yıldız Boztepe (Asst. Front Office Manager) war sehr zuvorkommend. Eine Torte , die ich zum Geburtstag bestellt hatte ,war Mega lecker und meiner Vorstellung entsprechend!

Wir waren zu dritt, ein Zustellbett wurde bereitgestellt , man konnte den Spiegel nicht benutzen. Im Badezimmer das Licht war sehr sehr dunkel. Ein Schminkspiegel war angebracht, man konnte ihn aber nicht nutzen! Die Klimaanlage war defekt , trotz Mitteilung wurde sie nicht instand gesetzt. Das Fliegengitter war auch defekt, leider keine Reparatur.

Breakfast was outstanding in a stunning dining room with great service. In particular, Ung(sp?) from Myanmar. The room was very comfortable. The veined marble in the bathroom was more beautiful than any I’d seen before. The lobby area was spacious. I didn’t use the pool or spa but was a very exotic feel

Очень эффектный отель, стиль и пафос, королевские декоры, тихо и благородно.
Нашла чужие волосы на покрывале (не думаю что постель не сменили, но верхнее покрывало точно не чистили. Когда в ванной разлилась вода, пол никто не вытер (индивидуально я не делала запрос, но при стандартной уборке номера это логично.)
Очень атмосферный и красивый отель. Внутри все чисто. В бассейне никого нет, можно одному плавать, а он встроен прям в пещеру. Потрясающие эмоции вызвал. Завтрак тоже отличный. Нам очень понравилось и будем всем его рекомендовать.
Никак не отреагировали на ДР жены. Обычно отель в этот день какой-то презент предоставляют (тортик или еще что-то), но тут ничего они не сделали.
