Tres bien situé et bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

La situation de l'hotel est parfaite, prés de la basilique Santa mara de la Salute, a proximité des stations de vaporetto. Le restaurant de l'hotel est trés bien, le personnel trés serviable. Je recommande fortement.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Leider entspricht die Unterkunft nicht ganz den Bildern.
Im Bad waren die Fliesen gerissen.

I loved the hotel. So did my daughter.
Pros:

I loved the view, the location and the price. I enjoyed the hot shower, the dessert downstairs, and the comfy bed. I enjoyed the nice people who work there.

Cons:

I didn't care for the carpet.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage

Cons:

Das Personal ist unhöflich und unaufmerksam ( bei Ankunft ging der Mann vom Empfang die Treppe vor und ließ mich mit 2Koffern alleine.
Das Zimmer ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand, s.Fotos.
WLAN/Fernseher/Klima haben nicht funktioniert .
Personal hat nicht reagiert!
Dusche kalt/lauwarm, keine Heizung.
Matratzen sind ekelig und durchgelegen( tiefe Mulde in der Mitte)
Schimmel im Bad.
Fußboden abgenutzt und klebrig.
Booking.com sollte das Hotel unbedingt rausnehmen⛔️⛔️, da die Versprechungen nicht eingehalten werden - ABZOCKE!!

Tudo mau, desde ao atendimento às condições do supostamente hotel de 4 estrelas... Desde a chegada que a televisão não funcionava , reportamos à recepção e nada foi feito, ficamos os dois dias com a tv avariada. A carpete estava NOJENTAAAAAA, a cama nem feita estava, os lençóis todos soltos e os colchões horríveis, fazia um buraco ao deitar! A casa de banho não tinha resguardo, ao tomar banho ficava o chão cheio de água. O ac marcava 25° mas nem comando havia e o quarto estava frio! O Sr. que nos atendeu na recepção mal olhava para nós enquanto expunhamos a situação, mandou enviar email a reportar, pedi para falar com um responsável, ele disse que não havia e ficamos depois a saber que era ele o dono.

Unhöfliches Personal, sprechen schlecht englisch und gehen nicht auf Probleme ein. Alles sehr ungepflegt und schaut nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos! Es wurde ein Gartenblick verkauft der keiner ist und die Fenster konnte man nicht weit öffnen. Die Toilettenspülung war kaputt und lief die ganze Zeit! Die Nacht war ein Horror! Einfach eine Irreführung des Konsumenten.

Moquet sporca e scolorita, condizionatore non funzionante con annesso groviglio di fili elettrici e rumore oltre che fastidioso non rassicurante, freddo in stanza, comodini senza cassetti con binari a vista, soffitto con evidenti crepature e bagno non degno di essere chiamato tale con specchio sporco e doccia coperta dalla terribile tendina in plastica. Oltre il fatto di aver atteso 30 minuti il check in perché il dipendente impegnato ad ascoltare lamentele di altri clienti

We were looking for a mid-range hotel in Venice to stay fr two nights and Messner delivered this for
Pros:

We requested multiple rooms in proximity which were provided. Hotel was clean, AC worked fine.

Cons:

Rooms were small and cramped, especially for 3 people. Bathrooms were OK; they were clean and functional but small space. However, not unexpected for European hotels.

Très bon séjour, bonne cuisine au restaurant et le personnel très accueillant et qui s’adapte aux étrangers

Posizione incantevole

Cons:

Arredamento vecchio, moquette sbiadite, bagno senza riscaldamento. Abbiamo dormito tutta la notte con la pompa di calore accesa che era molto rumorosa. Peccato perché la posizione è molto bella! Ristrutturatelo per favore!

Hotel veramente uno dei piu pessimi di venezia
Pros:

Molto vicina è comoda per andare a piazza san marco con la fermata salute a pochi passi a piedi

Cons:

Acqua fredda/tiepida per 3 giorni che sono stato in camera il televisore non funzionava era privo di antenna in piu in camera non ce il telecomando del condizionatore ma devi scendere in reception per fartelo dare e subito riportartlo giu in quanto ce ne e solo 1 in tutto l hotel quindi se di notte avevi o caldo o freddo dovevi scendere, dietro il divano in camera la sporcizia faceva paura un orrore
