The location was nearby my location of posting. And I could easily get access to transportation at low cost. The food the we ordered from the hotel was amazing!!!
The room was not cleaned, the bedsheets and linens were dirty, furniture was bad. The facade of the hotel was broken down. It looked like a disposed off building.

The room was very good and as shown in the pics. As the room is new, everything was good and worth the price (Rs 2013/-).
1. The building is still under construction.. the exterior is still in concrete. There is no proper access into the building. Need to manage using a temporary metal frame used as a bridge to climb. It was okay with me but not for my mom ..she struggled.
2. The room was showcased as private parking available.. but had to literally park my car on the road.. i did not feel secure about it. There were so many street dogs in the parking area.
3. Breakfast was offered as complimentary in my booking (i wasn't looking for it, to be honest). At the reception, when I mentioned it, the guy said they couldn't offer a breakfast as the kitchen in not fully operational. He offered poha. As i was not looking for breakfast, I just asked for coffee in the morning as I had to leave early at 7am. I was asked to give a call in the morning for coffee. Then, when i called on the number at 7am, the call was answered after 2nd attempt by someone who is still in bed (could figure out from the voice) and informs that they can't offer coffee as the chef is not available. My point is if you can't provide it.. please dont offer it in the first case.
4. No one was available at reception at 7am. in the morning for checkout. Apparently, the guy is in the restroom. Security person has asked to leave the keys with him..I was not okay with it. So the security guy went inside, talked to the person (who is inside the restroom), and came out saying, "i haven't cleared my room bill." I was totally pissed off at this point as i paid the entire amount at checkin. I iust left the keys with security and walked out.
