Beautiful building. Bedroom was very generous in size with lovely bathroom. Gardens stunning. Had a great spa. Staff very friendly .
We stayed here whilst attending summer sessions festival . Was about 5 miles out but were told that we could order and get a taxi easily . This wasn’t the case. Was a nightmare to be honest. Definitely download uber as all taxis just hung up when hotel rang them. Rooms lamps not all working . Staff slow to serve at bar.
Comfortable stay, dinner at restaurant very nice and staff all friendly.
Extra charge to use Spa
Exquisit renoviertes Herrenhaus, das hauptsächlich für Hochzeiten genutzt wird. Die Zimmer im Herrenhaus sind mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet, die Suiten im Nebengebäude sind modern eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Restaurant und ein Day-Spa befinden sich ebenfalls auf dem Gelände. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt, es gibt außerdem eine gut bestückte Bar.
Es herrscht eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, wir trafen zufällig den Besitzer des Hotels in einem der edlen Salons und er lud uns spontan zu einer Besichtigungstour ein....

Beautiful house. The chandeliers are breathtaking and the decor is beautiful throughout. However the best thing about our stay was the staff. Possibly the nicest, smiliest, helpful and chatty staff ever. They were delightful.
We also loved the Wellness spa which is a mix of indoor and outdoor experiences. It was bliss. We had the best Indian head massage.
We ate twice in The Church restaurant in the grounds. Again the staff were lovely and the food was delicious. It is a lovely cozy restaurant. Worth a visit.
We came for the Summer Sounds festival which was great but our stay was made so much better by the experience at Rockhill House.
We didn't realise we had to ask to have our room done/cleaned so we didn't have our bed made or room tidied during the stay. I think this should be done without having to ask.

The staff in the main hotel and restaurant are lovely and created a great customer experience. However the spa staff were less helpful and misled me in their pricing which meant I was overcharged.
The Spa. Was misled in my booking and charged 55 euros for use of the Thermo suite. As a resident this was over priced as it is but I booked a treatment and it was to be included but they reduced my treatment time without my consultation and charged me for the spa.

Comfy bed & gorgeous room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast service was quite disorganised but the food was tasty. The throw on our bed was very badly stained but it didn’t really matter as we threw it aside.

The young man greeted us with a warm welcome! He showed us to our rooms and then around the house. Absolutely gorgeous place and the view is amazing. Everything you need on site restaurant, spa, walking trails and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.
Very comfortable large bed. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The decor was unreal. The opulence surprised us.
This quiet, beautifully decorated house, surrounded by manicured garden walks in beautiful countryside gives guests an oasis of calm and wellbeing.... Would highly recommend not only a stay at Rock Hill House but also a delicious meal at the Church Close by. No visit is complete without spending time at the Wellness Centre - sublime. A five star experience, where the staff are so friendly and helpful. One looks forward to one's next visit and stay there. Can't wait

Set in a beautiful location and the hotel itself is just divine. It was like a set from downtown abbey.
Staff were amazing, food was really good. We had a meal in the restaurant down the lane and breakfast on the hotel.
The spa closes very early.

A little misleading as we thought all rooms could avail of Spa but it’s an extra cost of £49 each which we were not expecting. Decor fab, grounds fab,
You need to make your own fun. Could do with maybe a guitarist or singer to ease awkward atmosphere.
