Lack of information during the stay, had to ask all the time
Rome was comfortable and large but the hotel lacks character given its position
I am not impressed with being charged by both booking and the hotel direct after giving my card for any extra charges which was impossible as nothing is going on in the hotel
Room was bijou but lovely, house and decor was really impressive. Grounds looked well laid out but unfortunately the weather was poor so didn't get to enjoy it. The Church restaurant was excellent with very good staff
No bar service, very limited variety, no on tap beer when we stayed. Breakfast very poor first morning, but much improved on second morning.
Room was absolutely fabulous everything about it fabulous the dinner in the church was 5 star 🌟

Breakfast could have been better, lack of fresh fruit and a charge for cappuccino which is a little mean.

Some minor updates would make it wonderful. Reduce the heating in the rooms. Like a sauna on arrival! EV chargers. USB ports. Body moisturiser.
