Las habitaciones están muy bonitas y cumplen con lo prometido.
No te ofrecen agua en las habitaciones, y tiene algunas fugas las llaves del agua en la habitacionn agave , no me gusto que habian personas con una bocina con volumen muy alto y se escuchaba por todo el hotel y nadie les pidio que le bajaran un poco al ruido.

El nivel de hotel es de una categoría más baja a lo que se paga, las fotos no corresponden en un 100% a lo que es el hotel, este es un hotel más de pueblo sencillo y limpio paro de lujo no tiene nada, le agua de la alberca un poco sucia la parte exterior del hotel muy sucio y con mucha tierra y desperdicios de obra

It was a little far from the centre but they had a mini van which with a small fee they took us to the centre whenever we asked
El hotel es muy agradable con instalaciones bien adaptadas
Tuve un problema en la habitación ya que el agua caliente de la regadera fluye muy lento y con poca fuerza lo que provoca que no te puedas bañar a gusto. Asimismo la puerta de entrada a la habitación no tenía el seguro funcional y aunque el lugar es muy tranquilo es preferible sentirse más seguro dentro de la habitación.

2. Sin aire acondicionado
3. Apagadres de la luz de cama a 1.10 mts de altura te tienes que parar de la cama
4. Sin teléfono en habitación para hablar a recepción
5. Servicio a cuarto. Sin cargo a la habitación. El jugo de naranja en lugar de ser natural es de bote
6. Sin agua caliente a las 8am de la mañana. Tuvimos que hablar a recepción a que abrieran el agua.
7. Y pagamos $3,750 pesos. No hay relación precio calidad de servicios

El servicio. Repito es hora en que no me han enviado la factura. Intentaron cobrarme un cargo adicional de $500 porque aseguraban que había hecho una reserva incorrecta. La reserva que se hizo fue para 4 personas adultas, cama doble. Y pretendían que tomara una con cama king size y sofá cama.
Considero que deben revisar sus convenios entre Booking y el hotel para evitar mal entendidos y dar un mejor servicio.
