Ok if you must stay in Osaka Bay but look elsewhere first.
Pros:

The rooms are nice even though they’re directly targeted for families which makes them annoying. The hotel shares building with the MUCH better Royal Prince Hotel Osaka. Too many children around in the Risonare floors and the services are lousy.

Cons:

The staff is pretty helpless. I was unable to get an invoice for my stay and the floors that belong to RISONARE are slightly run down. The won't be able to help you afterwards either. No one spoke English.
