Pros:

L'emplacement à proximité de l'aéroport (15min avec Grab) et des centres commerciaux.
Chambre propre et confortable.
Nombreux accessoires fournis.
Petit dej copieux (plutôt salé).

Cons:

Aucune vue : fenêtre "obstruée" par des persiennes fixes fermées et donnant directement sur la ligne de train donc assez bruyant.

Salle du petit dej ferme tôt (10h) et checkout max 11h.

Personnel à l'accueil peu agréable et peu communiquant.
Pour la bagagerie, ils ont insisté pour qu'on revienne chercher nos valises dans les 3 heures suivantes.

Good stay but need more clealiness

Pros:

Proximity to NAIA terminal 2. Well spaced room for the price.

Cons:

My booking states 1 double bed yet 1 was given a room with 2 beds. I told them I booked for 1 double bed not for 2 beds. I was told at the desk it was subject to availability. My booking clearly stated for one bed and no where did I read or was informed that it was “subject to availability “. I didn’t mind in the end though I was made to feel it was my fault. Our booking was to check in from 2pm and we were made to wait for a few minutes considering we arrived around 7pm.

Está bien
Pros:

La limpieza muy bien el desayuno rico pero hay cosas que no entran como los dulces y para las tortillas o huevos hay que esperar bastante.

Cons:

Las camas no son dobles son de 105cm para subir a cada planta es con tu tarjeta por lo cual para visitar la planta de nuestros amigos tenían que venir al ascensor a recogernos. La tarjeta se desactivó aún habiendo pagado late check out y tuvimos que perder tiempo en volver a recepción y activarla.
