Just perfect.
Pros:

Best hotel experience ever! This 3 star hotel beats any 5 star hotel I ever stayed in. Small enough to feel like home. But not small enough to be cramped. Friendly staff, from owner, down to cleaners, will get out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Restaurant with a view of steam trains is so relaxing. Excellent food. Reasonably priced. Train delivered beer is just hilarious. (I recon, I used this "train line" a bit more than I should.) If you coming to Wernigerode, especially because of steam trains, you won't make better choice than this hotel.

Pros:

Die Lage war mit Sicht auf den Bahnhof, mit seinen Dampfloks super. Der kurze weg direkt in die Altstadt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer in der Komfortklasse sind sehr klein und haben Überholungspotenzial. Speziell die Badezimmer. Die Duschen müssen von grundauf erneuert werden.

Rigtig fin placering i forhold til centrum. Fint rent værelse og sødt personale.
Pros:

Det var en rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til centrum. Dejligt rent og nemt at finde.

Cons:

Det var lidt for presset med 4 personer på et værelse med den indretning.
Fordi sengene var lavet til en stort (alle 4 i samme seng) var der ikke plads til at sidde og spille spil eller hygge. Der var også ret meget larm fra gaden med udrykning og togene.

Pros:

Die gute Lage. Der Blick direkt zur Harzer Schmalspurbahn und die Eisenbahn am Tisch waren toll für die Kinder.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Der Kühlschrank sehr in die Jahre gekommen und mit losen Teilen. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptstrasse nicht möglich. Für das Frühstück gibt es 2 Zeitslots. Wenn man den 2. nimmt (9-10 Uhr) wurde kaum nachgelegt, vieles war nicht mehr vorhanden. Wenn man bescheid gesagt hat, dass Gläser, Teller fehlen, dauerte es sehr lange bis dies umgesetzt wurde. Die Auswahl und die Qualität waren nicht gut. Beim Abendessen hatte man das Gefühl das alles sehr unruhig und unkoordiniert war. Man wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, als Hotelgäste einen Tisch reservieren zu müssen. Alles in allem enttäuschend und einzig und allein die gute Lage des Hotels war angenehm.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Ausgezeichnet.
Besser geht kaum.
Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet.
Das sich der Service beim zweiten Besuches des Restaurantes so verbessert hat.
Ok andere Bedienung.

Cons:

Beim ersten Essen im Restaurant war der Service eine Katastrophe man hat alles bekommen nur nicht das was man bestellt hat.
Die Bedienung hat einfach nicht verstanden was wir wollten.
Deutsch Sprache nicht mächtig.
Der Chef sollte den Umgang mit Kunden lernen. Tip erst zuhören dann Komentare abgeben.
