Location and helpful staff

Cons:

A lot of facility issues and basic things didn’t work- wifi, toilets, tv remotes, air conditioning not cool enough.

Pros:

The room (deluxe) is as advertised. The hotel is serene on most days, except when an event is happening, which is to be expected. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is also well located so there are a lot of places close by

The room was very well cleaned. The staff were very professional and friendly the food is good. My only complaint is the condition of the room.
The ACs are leaking water and it is seeping into the POP and damaging the walls.

Very Dissatisfied customer.
Pros:

The bed was comfy

Cons:

I was woken up at 2:30 am to move my vehicle for a guest to drive out even after requesting earlier in the evening before for the guest to be asked to be parked behind me.

In the morning, I couldnt wait to have my breakfast prepared as I was in a hurry, and asked for a bottle of water instead. They insisted I paid for it.

Fachowcy w recepcji. Dobry zasięg WiFi. Czysty przestronny jasny pokój.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good AC, and the WiFi functioned well enough. The airport shuttle service was much appreciated. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel does not accept credit cards or foreign debit cards. Please take a note of this, and it should be updated on the website of the hotel.
