Pros:

The room (deluxe) is as advertised. The hotel is serene on most days, except when an event is happening, which is to be expected. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is also well located so there are a lot of places close by

Pros:

The room was very well cleaned. The staff were very professional and friendly the food is good. My only complaint is the condition of the room.
The ACs are leaking water and it is seeping into the POP and damaging the walls.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Tranquil Oasis. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.

Very Dissatisfied customer.
Pros:

The bed was comfy

Cons:

I was woken up at 2:30 am to move my vehicle for a guest to drive out even after requesting earlier in the evening before for the guest to be asked to be parked behind me.

In the morning, I couldnt wait to have my breakfast prepared as I was in a hurry, and asked for a bottle of water instead. They insisted I paid for it.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good AC, and the WiFi functioned well enough. The airport shuttle service was much appreciated. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel does not accept credit cards or foreign debit cards. Please take a note of this, and it should be updated on the website of the hotel.

Rare gem of a hotel in Lekki
Pros:

This hotel gave me the best experience of my entire stay in Lagos out of 6 hotel/serviced apartment stays in total. I actually had such a horrible experience at another place and needed somewhere to stay urgently.

The Tranquil Oasis hotel was a rare find and I have to say exceeded my experience even from a 5 star hotel. The staff here from the security team to reception to facilities to the kitchen bar and cleaning team, everyone was extremely courteous, great customer service and no ask was too small or too big. The management of this facility should be extremely proud of the team they have here.

The hotel itself had all the touches of a boutique European hotel with very modern touches all through. I was almost sad to leave after my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm serene environment in Lagos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
