Lorsque nous avons dû modifier notre réservation pour la veille, ils l'ont fait, même si la saison ne commençait que le lendemain. C'est un service exceptionnel, bien au-delà de ce qu'on attend habituellement. L'hôtel est situé en dehors du centre d'Orta San Guiglio, mais il est facilement accessible. Il répond parfaitement à tous vos besoins, avec des chambres bien équipées offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Fantastica la comunicazione con la struttura fin da subito. L'aspetto della camera è un pò retrò ma era tutto pulito e comodo. Avevo anche una bella vista dalla camera. Ottima anche la colazione

Excellent, nous recommandons ++
Pros:

Le personnel est hyper accueillant, le diner très bon, l'emplacement est parfait pour aller au Lac d'Orta et la vue de la terrasse avec le coucher de soleil, superbe. L'hôtel est très confortable et nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants 11 ans, 15 ans) y avons passé une très belle soirée et nuit. Nous recommandons totalement !
