Overpriced with a nice view.
Pros:

The pool area was gorgeous, it had a very nice view. Breakfast was lovely - fresh fruits, eggs, coffee.

Cons:

The location was isolated with only one nearby restaurant. Both had mediocre menus featuring expensive food ($25 USD hamburgers).

The hotel was located up a very steep hill. The hotel told me they offered a car service to get up it only after I had arrived out of breath at reception. This isn’t the best place to stay if you would like to visit other towns around the lake.

The facilities I’m sure were beautiful at one time, but everything felt dated and like it could all use a fresh coat of paint The pool had sun chairs overlooking the lake, but without any shade or umbrellas. I could only stand to stay there for a few times under direct sunlight before I had to move elsewhere to give my skin a break.

Overall, it isn’t worth the money. I think I was the only guest while I stayed and I quickly understood why

Espectacular vista.
Pros:

El jacuzzi me encantó y tambien el sauna.
La habitación muy limpia.

Cons:

Fue buena mi estadía a pesar de una caída en las graderías.
La piscina debería ser temperada.
El servicio es bueno pero podría ser mejor en el aspecto de mayor atención a los huéspedes de manera proactiva.

Absolutely incredible stay
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking! We had the most incredible stay here. A huge thank you to Christian who was so friendly and went above and beyond for us including helping us organise transport. The chef Samuel was amazing, somehow our group of 4 people would all order completely different meals and all on his own Samuel was able to have them fresh and ready at the same time.

Vistas preciosas
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene unas vistas espectaculares y la comida del restaurante es muy buena. La habitación que nos tocó es muy cómoda y con vistas muy bonitas al lago. El personal del hotel es muy atento y agradable.

Cons:

Está en una loma de acceso muy empinado, si vas en tuktuk, puede que te suceda que no llega hasta arriba o que te tengas que bajar en algún momento, la piscina pequeña estaba sucia, las excursiones para visitar los pueblos cercanos son exorbitada e innecesariamente caras. Se pueden hacer por libre por una fracción del precio.

Vistas increíbles y una atención increíble. Atención post arribo, mejorable.
Pros:

Ya adentro de las instalaciones es un paraíso y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Me gustó mucho el área de piscina y el área de desayuno, es súper relajante. La comida es rica y la atención increíble.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es la subida para llegar al hotel, aparentemente tienen servicio que te apoya a subir el auto pero nadie nos avisó, de verdad que es una subida empinada ruda; la comunicación por whatsapp con el hotel era muy lenta y poco útil.

Estuve en el paraíso
Pros:

Muy lujoso por lo exclusivo, ya que solo 14 clientes máximo y fina atención, vistas extraordinarias y un personal capacitado y muy amables: Eros , Chef Samuel, Cristian, Darwin , don Mario y todos en general

Cons:

Todo fue perfecto , sin quejas
