O camera de cca 9 mp, cu tot cu toaleta de 1,5 m care era chiar sub scara, motiv pentru care nu puteam sta in picioare in fata wc-ului. In baie este mucegai si nu are aerisire naturala. Un ventilator scoate mirosul din camera pe holul hotelului. A fost murdara, uitasera pe sub chiuveta gunoiul de la alti musafiri. Camera nr 9 este la parter cu o fereastra direct in strada chiar langa spital. Foarte zgomotos, fara intimitate, fara posibilitatea de a schimba camera cu alta desi eram dispusi sa platim si intr un sezur de 10 nopti sigur se eliberasera alte camere. Nu recomand nici pe termen foarte scurt

El apartamento es muy pequeñito, necesitaba estar dentro de la ducha si quería peinarme frente al espejo y está totalmente a pie de calle lo cual lo hacía un poco ruidoso pero esto es Estambul! ;-)

鍵の使い方にコツが要る、最初は戸惑うかも。

I booked this accommodation for a work trip, specifically choosing a room based on the photos and options shown on Booking.com — including a desk, which I needed for my laptop and work. The room I selected was clearly shown in the listing, with distinctive features like red accents and a small workspace.

When I arrived, the room was not ready, and I was told to wait. I came back later, but was told again it wasn’t ready, apparently because someone else was still in it. Eventually, I was given a completely different room — not the one I had booked. The room was extremely small, looked like it had been converted from a basement or under-the-stairs space, with barely any natural light, just a bed and a tiny kitchenette. The bathroom was extremely cramped, had poor drainage, and there was a lot of dampness and humidity.

When I pointed out that this wasn’t the room I had booked, I was told that the room I selected would be available the next day. I checked it — it was indeed the one I had originally booked — but the next day I was told it was no longer available due to another booking.

I contacted Booking to request either to be moved to the correct room or to receive a full refund, but neither happened. I received only a partial credit, which did not reflect the inconvenience or the incorrect service I received. Very disappointing and misleading experience overall.
