В центре, все достопримечательности рядом. Чисто, убираются каждый день.

Странный запах в санузле. Но всё было чисто.

Останавливаемся в отеле 5 раз, думаю после последнего пребывания искать другой отель.
Pros:

Отель находиться в центре города, цена -качество удовлетворительное. Останавливаемся постоянно в этом отеле на протяжении двух лет. Чистое белье, удобный матрас, подушки.

Cons:

Кондиционер соседнего номера рядом с нашим окном. Поэтому при открывании окна ( свежий воздух), очень громко работает этот кондиционер. Кран в умывальнике шатается, из душевой течет вода по всей туалетной комнате. Выезд из номера до 12.00. В 10.50 горничная без предварительного стука открывает своим ключом дверь и заходит в номер. Без извинений, просто «ОЙ».

Pros:

CLose to the Republic Square and Opera House. supermarket next to the corner.Many restaurants around the hotel. the boys and girls from the reception are very polite and helpfull.

Cons:

the wall between the rooms is from drywall , so you will hear the others especially in the night time when you want to sleep.
also, the door from the entrance in the room is very thin so you can hear everybody which talk in the lobby or on the hall.

Pros:

Номер просторный, огромная и вполне удобная кровать, просторная ванная и душевая. Отличная локация.

Cons:

Плохая шумоизоляция, через дверь слышно всё, что происходит ночью на ресепшене, поэтому выспаться вообще не получилось. В номере грязный пол, зеркало в разводах и столик у дивана с пятнами.

Een simpele maar comfortabele accommodatie
Pros:

Centrale locatie in Jerevan op wandelafstand van de meeste toeristische attracties.
Relatief lage prijs.
Wij arriveerden 's nachts en dat was geen probleem.

Cons:

De deur tussen de kamer en de gang liet geluid door. Dit was echter geen groot probleem, want door het kleine aantal kamers (10 denk ik) is er niet veel kabaal op de gang.

FABULOS!
Pros:

Acest hotel minunat, linistit, curat si spatios se afla in inima capitalei.
Este aproape de orice iti doresti. Spatii comerciale, alimentare, puncte de preluare excursii, restaurante diverse, expozitii, conservator, fantani arteziene, viata de noapte . Orasul insusi este un adevarat spectacol in aer liber.
Am semnalat toti prietenii sa vina aici, sa locuiasca in acest hotel pentru un sejur incantator in Armenia.
Felicitari echipei care il gestioneaza!
