Pros:

Fantastisch verblijfmidden in de stad vlakbij leuke restaurants. Goede chauffeursdiensten via het hotel.

Cons:

De WiFi was uiteindelijke wel prima.Maar je moet zelf de beheerder bellen om het geregeld te krijgen. Ze waren aan de slag om het structureel te verbeteren.

Au cœur de Kuta Lombok, l’emplacement est idéal : tout se fait facilement à pied !
Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et disponible.
La chambre est très confortable et parfaitement équipée.
Mention spéciale pour la douche : de l’eau bien chaude, un bon débit, et surtout une douche fermée — un vrai plaisir après un mois passé dans des douches ouvertes !

Cons:

Petit point à noter : il y a parfois quelques bruits de poules à proximité, et la piscine est partagée entre les villas (et non privée comme indiqué sur Booking). Rien de gênant, mais bon à savoir.

Schöne Zeit und der Beachclub Mandalika ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes freundliches Personal - waren immer sehr bemüht.
Die Zimmer und Appartments sind sehr schön. Leider hatten wir die Villa gebucht.

Cons:

Die Fotos der Villa sagen nicht wirklich aus, dass wir im 1. + 2. Stock untergebracht waren.

Perfect central stay in Kuta
Pros:

The location is nice. Manager and staff was very helpful. Place looks clean. The owner was nice cause he even gifted us with a free pick-up ride. They refill water and clean the rooms every day.

Cons:

The water smelled in the shower and sink. I think it would be nice that they change the filter if they have or put on some filter if they are not using it yet.

Great value Oasis in heart of Kuta.
Pros:

The place is right in the centre of town so no need for transport. My room was to the rear of the property so tranquil and an oasis to the bustling crowds just outside the front. The room was that classic mix of Indonesian culture and modern touches. Bathroom was stylish and had an excellent rain shower. Aircon and fridge worked perfectly. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating and organised transport from the dock. Would stay here for 1st trip to Kuta every time.

Cons:

Not much. No breakfast option but good spots within walking distance so no drama.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah zum Zentrum. Der Bungalow ist sehr schön, vielleicht durch den Bewuchs im Garten etwas dunkel innen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber.
Moped kann man vor der Tür mieten (kleiner Tourenveranstalter mit Verleih). Unbedingt machen und die Strände in der Umgebung erkunden. Es gibt auch welche ohne Müll.

Cons:

Der Garten ist sehr schön bewachsen, aber vielleicht ein bißchen zu viel. Dadurch wirkt alles etwas dunkel.
Den Hahn im Nachbargrundstück hätte ich gern gegrillt - er fängt schon in der Nacht um 4 Uhr an zu krähen !
Es ist so, als ob er im Zimmer steht.

We had an amazing experience here — the place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located right in the center, yet still quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The service for transport and scooter rental was super convenient and well organized, making everything easy from start to finish. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely tropical atmosphere. The pool area is simply gorgeous — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended — we’d definitely come back!

Pros:

De ligging van de accommodatie is top! Je loopt het verblijf uit en je staat al in een bruisende straat, dichtbij allerlei leuke tentjes. Het heeft een mooie en groene tuin, waar je op ligbedjes heerlijk bij het zwembad kunt genieten. Voor de accommodatie is ook een heerlijke patio, waar je buiten kan zitten. Ook verhuren ze scooters, waardoor je je gemakkelijk over het eiland kan verplaatsen, en bieden ze een shuttle aan van of naar het vliegveld. Het personeel is echt uitstekend!

Cons:

We hadden in het begin best wat last van muggen en beestjes die in de kamer waren (logisch dankzij de tijd van het jaar). Het personeel handelde heel erg goed om dit op te lossen (muggenspray en de kamer nog eens goed schoonmaken). Hierdoor voelden we ons echt gezien en gehoord. Je hoort ook wel wat geluid van de kippen, maar met oordopjes is dit goed te doen.
