Pros:

The staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable. They were ambitious and available all the time. Especially the staff at the location was very nice. The room itself was spacious and suitable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, a couple of things disturbed our stay.
It was super loud during the night due to parties and roosters.
One night we had a mouse in our room which made the sleep difficult. However, the staff helped us to clear our room the next day.
The venue had a pretty bad smell quite often. We assume that the hotel is located next to a trash backyard.

Dangerous, unhealthy and untruthfull location!!!
Pros:

This is a dangerous, unhealthy and untruthfull location. Let me start to say that all the negative reviews on booking.com are right. The owner reacts on everything with excuses and lies. We could not leave the acommodation because of high season and traveling with small kids. We tried everything. At the end, when we asked for 70% compensation, the owner denied. Based on all the videos/photos, Booking.com compensated us.

Cons:

This is not a hotel. There is no lobby of staff. The owner lives in Italy and communicates via whatsapp.

The photos on Booking are not how it looks like.

When we arrived, a lot was broken (see all the photos):
- shower was not working;
- lights were broken;
- airco was not working;
- elektricity sockets were dangerously open;
- tap was broken;
- toilet was leaking urine and water;
- swimmingpool does not work and is very dirty
- etcetc.

When i was to the store and my wife was reading a bedtime story to our child in another room, my other child was allready in bed in the other room and screamed a man was standing in his room. This is NOT ok.

When we came back at the end of the day to the apartment, we entered the apartment and a man was standing in our livingroom. He quickly left again. It is not normal to find strange people in your room. My kids and wife didnt felt safe.

Two valuable headlights were stolen from our apartment and i confronted the mechanic. They eventually gave it back after 2 days.

The whole apartment is unhealty. There is al lot of moisture and mold. You can see and smell it everywhere inside the apartment.

The first thing the owner tries to do is giving you free transport from the airport for a good review.

Not the right value for money, expected a clean place, got a roomy dump.
Pros:

Location in the heart of Kuta Lombok.
Roomy / space is good for such a localisation.

Cons:

The pictures advertising the property are old. It has since fallen in disrepair and is extremely humid, on the verge of unsanitary (we visited in dry season).
Vegetation has grown a lot around the pool wich is now in shadows/twilight.
The property is infested by rats (nesting in the false ceiling)
Onsite personnel will react when mobilized, no initiative shown.
The place was smelly and dirty, but got cleaned afeter we showed disappointment
A bike / car rental is run from the property with people hanging out all day in the entrance

Vogelkot auf Terrasse und warum Videoüberwachung im Apartment?
Pros:

Betten waren sauber
Großes Apartment (wird irreführend als Villa bezeichnet).

Cons:

Das Haus hat italienische Eigentümer, wird aber von freundlichen Einheimischen verwaltet.
Bewertungen sind auf Reisen sehr hilfreich für die Beurteilung, ob man ein Apartment mieten möchte, oder nicht.
Mich hat hier geärgert, dass jeder, der eine negative Bewertung hinterlassen hat, vom italienischen Eigentümer anschließend als Lügner, Fake review, "you never stayed hier", "shame on you" und "Bewertung wird entfernt" beschimpft wurde. Das macht man nicht!!
Ich kann bestätigen, dass alle vorherigen Bewertungen zutreffend sind und die vorherigen Fotos dem Apartment entsprechen.
Wir selbst hatten keine Problme mit den Eigentümern, jedoch hätten wir hier nicht gebucht, wenn wir vorher alle Bewertungen gelesen hätten.

Nun zu meiner Bewertung:
Warum befindet sich innerhalb des Apartments eine schwenkbare Kamera, die auf die Treppe gerichtet ist? (Siehe Foto) ich habe diese umgehend vom Personal abklemmen lassen.

Betten und Mobiliar sind alt, aber sauber. Apartment ist groß. Das war es aber auch schon.
Auf den Terrassen ist viel Vogelkot (siehe Fotos). Das war ekelhaft. Es war ein elektrischer Fledermausalarm vorhanden. Die Terrasse konnte man nur mit Schuhen betreten, sonst waren die Füße schwarz.
In allen Räumen waren Duftaufhänger. Insbesondere in einem Schlafzimmer roch es sehr chemisch.
Das Geländer war an etlichen Stellen sehr porös und damit gefährlich fur Kids. Wäscheständer verrostet,
Klimaanlage nur in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Alle anderen Bereiche hatten keine und waren somit sehr warm.
Die 2 Etagen waren nach oben komplett offen, was zumindest etwas das Sicherheitsgefühl trübte. Es war auch nicht wirklich eine Villa, sondern ein Apartment. Im Haus gab es eine verschlossene Tür, hinter der ein Angestellter wohnte.
Auch wenn das Hotel im Stadtzentrum liegt, sei erwähnt, dass in unseren 3 Nächten hier sehr lange Livemusik und Party (in einer Nacht bis 3Uhr morgens) laut zu hören war.

we waren opgelucht dat we hier konden vertrekken
Pros:

Tijdens ons verblijf is ons fototoestel en 2 powerbanks verdwenen terwijl we weg waren om te ontbijten (geen ontbijt in deze accomodatie). De (italiaanse) eigenaar nam dit niet ernstig en bleef beweren dat wij deze vergaten waren in ons vorig hotel, hoewel we het toestel die ochtend nog bij ons hadden. Het eerste verhaal dat we kregen was dat de deur van het appartement open stond toen de poetsploeg aankwam (wij hadden deze zeer zeker op slot gedaan), dat verhaal werd erna veranderd. De safety-box was kapot, zou gemaakt worden, maar was nog niet gemaakt bij ons vertrek. We besloten niet naar de politie te gaan om nog niet meer tijd van onze vakantie te verspillen aan deze negatieve plaats. We waren opgelucht dat we hier konden vertrekken.

Cons:

Het appartement genoemd 'private villa met zicht op zwembad' is de onderste verdieping van een groot gebouw. Je hebt veel lawaai van de drukke straat waarlangs het gelegen is. Er is een ernstig vochtprobleem in de achterste slaapkamer waardoor deze een onaangename geur heeft (ook in het droog seizoen)

Goede locatie en geweldige service!
Pros:

Dalai ligt midden in het bruisende centrum en dichtbij het strand. Zowel en mensen lokaal als de eigenaar zijn ontzettend aardig.
Onze zoon werd ziek en ze hielpen met medische hulp regelen en vroegen elke dag hoe het ging.

De ruimte werd elke dag schoon gemaakt, goede bedden, ruime kamers.

Je kunt via de locatie vervoer regelen, dit gaat allemaal heel erg makkelijk. Grab doet het niet in Kuta.

Verschrikkelijk!! Niet boeken!

Helemaal niks! Het was echt verschrikkelijk!

Cons:

Wij waren er half juli 2026. Echt alles viel tegen, het was verschrikkelijk. De familiekamer/villa absoluut niet boeken. Je moet een steile trap op dan kom je in een soort open kleine ruimte met alleen maar betonnen muren, geen ramen en vandaaruit toegang tot de slaapkamers. Het is er heel donker en absoluut geen ruimte waar je even gaat zitten. Er stond alleen een keihard bamboe setje. Een van de slaapkamers had een te klein matras voor het bed. In beide kamers hingen geen gordijnen, geen werkende afstandsbediening van de airo. Alles maar echt alles is ongezellig en megaaaa gehorig. Het zit aan de weg en je hoort letterlijk alles!! Niet te doen!
Ergens las ik dat het een oase van rust zou zijn als je de deur doorgaat en dat je niks hoort van de drukte maar dat is echt niet zo! Normaal schrijf ik geen review maar dit was zo erg dat ik mensen echt wil behoeden om deze kamer te boeken voor je gezin!


Het zwembad zag er ook niet uit, was heel klein ook.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Personnel serviable, souriant, aimable et réactif.
Appartement spacieux avec une grande terrasse équipée avec une cuisine.
Très bonne communication via WhatsApp avec la propriétaire qui s'assurait souvent de notre confort, qui nous a offert le transport de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et le transport pour visiter Mataram.

Cons:

Quartier vivant très touristique donc très bruyant la nuit (scooter, chiens, coqs, musique etc)
