Pros:

Last minute booking due to some issues with another hotel. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Location was easy to find. Room was very big and spacious, great value for the price. There is a grocery store right in front of the site, and they offer massage/spas for guests - also a restaurant on site. Parking was easy but be aware of any events in the area because it gets packed.

Cons:

The hotel is above a youth sports facility so when matches or games are going on it gets really loud. One of the nights must’ve been a tournament because I heard whistles and cheering all day and night. Also, when that event was going on, I couldn’t get a park near the hotel, I had to park down the street and walk.

Disappointing
Cons:

Very noisy, as the other side of the thin bedroom wall was a basketball court. When a game is on, you hear everything. Also, in the opposite building there was dancing music going on till 01:00hr in the morning. Finally, although bad room was clean, there was an unpleasant smell.
I would not recommend this accommodation.
