gemütliches und gepflegtes Haus, fußläufig zum Bergson-Kunstkraftwerk
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang; gemütliches Zimmer - wenn auch einrichtungsmäßig nicht mehr ganz up to date - aber blitzesauber! Komfortables Bett und zum Frühstück alles, was man braucht incl. frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Sehr gerne wieder!

absolut empfehlenswert, besser gehts nicht für München
Pros:

tolles Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt, schöne große Zimmer, prima Bad, kostenlose Parkplätze, prima Lage zum Bergson und zur S-Bahn, sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal

Für unsere Zwecke ideal.
Pros:

Parkmöglichkeit ist sehr gut, sogar Garagen kann man mieten.
Für einen Besuch der BERGSON-Kunsthalle ist der Standort ideal ( Fußweg max. 15 Minuten ).
Der Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist ebenfalls super.
Für eine 3-Tages-Gruppenkarte (5 Personen ) zahlt man aktuell 49,90 und ist im gesamten Innenstadtgebiet ( Zone M ) unterwegs.

Cons:

da fällt uns nichts ein.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal, Frühstück besser als erwartet zu einem günstigen Preis, sicheres Parking, schönes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Die Heizung klopft in der Nacht zu laut im Zimmer, aber man kann sie abstellen.
Die Betten sind etwas hart und vor allem die Bettenbezüge sind sehr hart

Exzellentes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Laufnähe (ca. 10 Min.) zur S-Bahn-Station Aubing, was enorm praktisch ist. Es ist aber offenbar auch ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Frühstück für 8 Euro Aufpreis ist wirklich klasse und bietet - neben leckeren frischen Früchten wie Erdbeer- oder Johannisbeeren - auch guten Aufschnitt und Eierspeisen auf Wunsch. Die Zimmer hinten zum Hof hinaus sind recht ruhig, die Ausstattung ist nicht topmodern, aber in Schuss und das Hotel verfügt aus meiner Sicht über ein exzellentes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, was Münchner Hotelpreise betrifft.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, aber einen Drehlüfter - das hat bei der Hitze einigermaßen geholfen. Und dass es an dem Tag in München sehr heiß war, dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer waren uns bekannt sehr gut, parken 1A
Nach längerer Zeit waren wir wieder einmal Gäste. Wir wurden empfangen und bedient als würden wir nicht so Lange weggewesen sein.

Cons:

Der Nikolaus auf dem Tisch hätte größer sein können!!!!! Scherz
