Beautiful location
Pros:

Lovely hotel and restaurant in an beautiful location. The room was beautiful, with a gorgeous view. The staff was VERY nice, including Anita who served us welcome drinks and breakfast. We ate indoors at the restaurant and really liked the food, staff, and ambiance.

Cons:

Our suite was directly above the outside area of the restaurant. The weather was beautiful and the restaurant well-attended; that also meant that we heard the restaurant guests in the garden until late at night. We had light sleepers in our party, so this setup was not ideal.

Pros:

La villa propose des chambres correctes (bonne literie mais salle de bain un peu vieillotte) avec un atout de taille : l'incroyable vue sur le lac Leman. Le petit dej était classique mais très bon.

Cons:

La salle de bain de notre chambre était un peu dans son jus: fonctionnelle mais une petite rénovation ne ferait pas de mal.

We totally enjoyed our time at La Villa.
Pros:

Amazing views from our room and from the restaurant. Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Cons:

No elevator, but staff did help with their luggage

Pros:

Завтрак был вкусный, но довольно долго готовился и не было выбора. Всего один официант еле успевал за всеми гостями и поэтому пришлось долго ждать.

Cons:

В отеле было мало людей, но не разрешили заехать даже на пол часа раньше. Завтрак лучше бы сделать в режиме буфет, а не с медленным сервисом и отсутствием выбора.

Chambre agréable, petit déjeuner inmangeable
Pros:

- La taille et l'espace de la suite
- Le balcon et la vue imprenable sur le lac
- La propreté de la chambre - impeccable
- La gentillesse du personnel, très souriant (en dépit de la boulette que je décris ci-après; les erreurs, ça peut arriver.)

Cons:

- Erreur d'attribution de la chambre à mon arrivée : j'avais réservé une suite, je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre standard. Si je n'étais pas redescendue le signaler, quelqu'un aurait profité de ma chambre ni vu, ni connu.
- Le petit déjeuner est de loin le pire dont j'ai "bénéficié" dans ma vie : Tout, absolument tout, était mauvais, particulièrement la charcuterie, le fromage et ce qui a pompeusement été baptisé "oeufs brouillés" : froids, gris car trop cuits, secs car préparés à l'avance. Les croissants étaient surgelés donc peu qualitatifs. Suggestion à l'établissement : faites plus simple, rationnalisez au lieu de diversifier mais choisissez des produits de très bonne qualité. Pain et croissants de boulanger, beurre et confiture de qualité. Ce sera beaucoup mieux !

Tolles Hotel, genial gelegen direkt am See. Einfach grossartig.
Pros:

Eigentlich alles. Einzig schade war am Montagmorgen ein überfordeter Kellner der für das Frühstück verantwortlich war.

Cons:

Na ja, er war einfach als alleiniger Kellner mit der Situation überfordert und es dauerte sehr lange, bis er sich uns annahm obwohl es nicht viele Gäste waren.
