We had a wonderful, well needed rest and relaxation break. We were looked after and treated with care.
Pros:

Beautiful location right on the lake. Peaceful, calm and serene. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Fabulous room with views of the lake, mountains and a great balcony. The restaurant food was superb. Good quality fresh produce and excellent portion sizes.

Cons:

As the property had no lift I struggled to get to my room, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Superb - it was a family get together to celebrate a milestone birthday; it proved to be fantastic.
Pros:

Very comprehensive classic European breakfast served in an annex off dining room with wonderful views out over Lac Leman. A bonus is that breakfast is included in the room rate - obviously this isn't so good if people don't want a hotel breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was beautiful with a large terrace looking over the lake. It is decorated in a way that would feel cool and airy in the heat of Summer but it was a little bare and spartan for a bitter cold Winter stay looking out at snow-clad peaks. Could have used an extra blanket as well but this is minor detail.

Emplacement de rêve avec une belle chambre et un excellent restaurant.
Pros:

Emplacement de rêve au bord du lac. La chambre était très spacieuse, avec une grande salle de bain (baignoir + douche) ansi qu'avec une grande terrasse. Le restaurant était également parfait, autant pour le repas du soir que pour le petit déjeuner.
