What a wonderful surprise this beautiful place in Bedugul was! 🌿✨
The setting is absolutely idyllic, with a magical view over the lake. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with an excellent and lovely bathroom.
The staff were fantastic: warm, friendly and always ready to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We also loved the surroundings, as there is so much to discover in this beautiful part of Bali. After travelling through warmer areas, the cooler climate of Bedugul felt incredibly refreshing and was the perfect place to slow down and recharge.
And a special mention for the restaurant: the food was excellent and definitely another highlight of our stay! 😋

Honestly, there was nothing we really disliked about our stay. If we had to mention one small detail, a little heater in the room would make the cooler evenings and mornings even more comfortable, just to take away some of the damp chill. But this is truly a minor detail and certainly didn’t take away from our wonderful experience.

Hace mucho frío por la noche (fuimos en julio). Aunque había mantas habría sido interesante que el aire acondicionado se pudiera usar para calentar la habitación pero solo servicia para enfriar. Algo que no necesitaba para nada 🤣
Esta un poco alejado de todo y no sirven comidas. Tienen bicis y el cochecito eléctrico para ir a comer a otro alojamiento/restaurante a 2 min en bici. Cuidado con el horario porque cierran pronto y si tienes que ir a otro restaurante con las bicis hay que subir cuesta y está un poco lejos.

I had the best sleep here for my entire trip. The room is absolutely gorgous. You also have a warm plaid if it start to get to cold. The staff was super carefully and generous. They found us a really good driver and really worried about us ! Thanks you so much !

There’s no heater on the room
Beautiful place with comfortable amenities and a lovely atmosphere. The location is very convenient, as it is about a 35-minute walk from Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. This is especially helpful because transportation options in the area can be quite limited.

Air conditioning, only seemed to cool, but it was cold here. Electric blanket didn't work. More information on what is around would have been good. Expensive to get around, just local trips to restaurants $200,000.
The view is absolutely amazing. The lake and mountain scenery are beautiful and worth the stay alone.
It is also clear that the owner has invested a lot in improving the property. The room is spacious and includes many new features: air conditioner, TV, furniture, lighting, bathroom fixtures, and electrical outlets. The staff were friendly, polite, and responsive.
The property needs better attention to housekeeping. There were visible spider webs and dust in both the room and the reception area.
The bed linen had stains and an unpleasant smell. Even after replacement, the smell remained, so the laundry process may need improvement.
We also experienced interruptions in the water supply in the evening and again in the morning.
These are relatively small issues, but fixing the cleaning, laundry quality, and water supply would significantly improve the guest experience and make the property fully worth its price.
