Good accommodation, overall customer service could be improved
Pros:

Quiet remote location, comfortable hard bed, nice breakfast including gluten free items, good kitchenette for a day. Really nice swimming pool.

Cons:

In booking.com and their own website the restaurant is open. However when we wanted to book for dinner, we got an email saying that it was closed. We had been driving a long distance and we wanted to relax, use the pool and have the dinner at the restaurant. After a lot of backwards and forwards, we were given a room with the kitchenette. In the room, there was a fridge with some water and a couple of small bottles of beer. There was no price list, hence we assumed these were completely. However, this was not the case and let an awkward conversation at check out. Finally, we had until 11 am to check, however the housekeeper was knocking on our door at 9 am asking when we were leaving.

Immersione nella natura
Pros:

Posizione eccellente per visitare il ragusano.
Stanza ampia, silenziosa e pulita. Ottima colazione. Le signore dell'accoglienza gentilissime e disponibili. Piscina con una bella vista. Si è circondati da natura e animali. È un posto dove ci si rilassa.

Fabulous room. Very clean and cosy. Animals we're an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Molto contento dell'esperienza
Pros:

Gestori gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Le camere pulite, molto ampie e accoglienti. Per chi ha bambini piccoli, a pochi metri dalle camere ci sono mucche, cavalli, maiali che possono essere visionati in sicurezza da vicino. Località tranquillissima ma con soli 30 minuti di macchina si é ovunque. Abbondante colazione a buffet la mattina. Con la famiglia abbiamo scelto di uscire per una cavalcata con l'istruttore: esperienza molto bella, coinvolgente con istruttore professionale, simpatico e competente; ne vale la pena
