Pros:

Pan majitel vstřícný, apartmán čistý, vybavená kuchyňka, k dispozici sprchový gel, mýdla, je možnost si nechat vyprat prádlo, bazén čistý, teplá voda- pán má soláry na střechách. Cca 5-10 min chůze na malecon, v okolí OXXO a ostatní krámky. Od autobusového nádraží 15-20 min pěšky

Me gustó mucho la habitación, es amplia, limpia, ordenada y con todo lo necesario para el hospedaje.
La alberca está muy bien, es grande y limpia.

Quiero regresar!
Pros:

El anfitrión es super amable, el lugar es muy bonito y la alberca está deliciosa! La habitación es de buen tamaño, súper bien equipada y muy limpia. La ubicación es muy buena porque estás a 2 cuadras de la playa y todo está cerca!

Cons:

Lo único que creo que se podría mejorar es la calidad del wifi, porque nosotros éramos 4 y después de que se conectaron 2, los demás ya no pudieron.

Decepcionante estadía
Pros:

La ubicación y el ingreso pasando por la salita y alberca son lo positivo, sólo eso.

Cons:

1. La mayor crítica es que se indica que "Todo el alojamiento es para ti", cuando realmente son 4 habitaciones y ÚNICAMENTE tu habitación es "para ti". Además de que sólo existe 1 lugar de estacionamiento, mismo que ya estaba ocupado. Siendo así la realidad, habría sido mejor hospedarnos en un hotel y evitarnos la decepción e incomodidades.
2. Las instalaciones de la "Habitación 1" están pésimas, el mosquitero no funciona, el lavabo se tapa, la llave parece que se va a desprender, el sanitario tiene sujetado un asiento que no corresponde, la regadera se tapa, la coladera tiene un intento de tapa plástica, quisimos preparar café y encontramos bolsas con hongos en su interior, los colchones ya necesitan ser cambiados, la cena se nos llenó de hormigas, mal olor, en fin.
3. La alberca estaba sucia.

Que el colchón ya está muy viejo e incómodo y creo que no habían cambiado las sábanas, estaban manchadas 🫤.

Jorge was very helpful.

Cons:

There was a dog 🐕 - rules state no pets. There was a cockroach 🪳 in the shower. One of the 2 beds was very uncomfortable. Cramped outdoor space, picnic table is right outside everybody's unit.

Great Progreso Getaway.
Pros:

The pool was a great amenity. Nice outside area. Enjoyed the rocking chairs. Nice small sized accommodations. 5 units shared pool.

Cons:

The kitchen could have a few more items. Like a toaster. And a access to a communal bbq. As we were there for a month.

A delightful place, especially for the self caterer
Pros:

This is a charming small set of just five well equiped apartment -like rooms. Each apartment has on room with beds and kitchen, and a separate bathroom. The rooms are large, airy, with a well equiped kitchen. There is a small pool right outside the rooms. Doors are key coded so no need to remember keys. Good wifi and tv. Concierge is helpful, Spanish speaking only, and lives just across the road. Very responsive owners via Booking messaging.. The area is quiet.

Cons:

The location is about four blocks from the sea which my elderly husband found a little far at night. The pavements (sidewalks) are very uneven meaning we mostly walked on the admittedly quiet roads. It would not be an issue for ordinarily fit people.
