A very comfortable and well-located hotel with great service, highly recommended for a stay in Bursa.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city's main attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything needed for a good night's rest. The staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay.

Pros:

The absolute best stay!

If I could give this hotel a score of 100,000+, I would do it in a heartbeat. The staff at the reception and in the kitchen provided the most exceptional service I have ever experienced; they were so incredibly warm and welcoming that I didn't feel like a guest, but rather like I was staying in my own home.
​The location is absolutely prime, and the cleanliness is beyond reproach—everything was spotless. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to everyone, and I will most certainly be returning. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Odalar temiz ve kullanışlıydı.Sesden dolayı yorumlarda rahatsızlık vardı. Fakat, çift pencere yaparak bu sorunu çözmüşler. Kahvaltı, gayet yeterli ve hijyenik di.Konumu Bursa’nın kalbi gibi, kent meydanında.Uludağ teleferik ve tarihi yerlere oldukça yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Artık Bursa’daki 2. Evimiz. Teşekkürler…

Good location, great staff, good location, clean
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great, too. Breakfast was full of variety and pretty good. The bathroom was spacious and I enjoyed the larger shower. The towels must have been new because they were soft and fluffy.

Cons:

The Internet in the room was slow. Otherwise, everything was great!
