Very high standard of service, even better than we'd expected
Pros:

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was a complete joy. This meant we had somewhere to sit that wasn't the bed, which I always appreciate. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was great. We dined at the hotel, and were able to benefit from a specials night at the restaurant (two main courses for the price of one). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we completely enjoyed our stay. We come to Blenheim fairly often, to see parents, and will definitely want to stay here again!

Our stay at the Chateau Carnmore was great - comfy beds, dark rooms and really quiet. Many thanks.
Pros:

We were both happy with the comfort of the beds and also, I called a couple of hours before to request that we had two singles instead of the king bed and the staff member was very accommodating. And we were able to check in a little bit early :) I also had to speak to someone with regards to something I thought I had lost and she was so easy to deal with. The service of the room after the first night was great as well.

Cons:

It was a little bit pricey (but we did know that) and there was nowhere really to prepare any food - I should have researched more carefully.
