Great Room, Staff & Restaurant! A+
Pros:

This was a lovely accommodation in Blenheim! Very nice room & bath. There is also a top-notch restaurant in the hotel. Silka, on the desk was very friendly & helpful! Highly recommend!!

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß und renoviert, der aissenpoolberei h war gut

Cons:

Das Personal an der Reception war sehr unfreundlich, das hat man in New Zealand noch nie sonst erlebt…
Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht gut und das restaurant an sich sehr ungemütlich

Excellent location, good value
Pros:

Excellent location, very nice rooms and layout, good value for the price. Watch out though for the town clock, that rings every 15 minutes until 10pm at night!

Very clean hotel. Quality room In downtown Blenheim
Pros:

The hotel is very neat. The room was spacious (suite, room 14). The best bed in New Zealand so far (3 weeks). Great cotton bed linen. Great bathroom, shower. Good location: downtown Blenheim. Good parking facilities.

Cons:

Not a major issue, but … the pillows (spun polyester) did not match the quality of the room

Trevligt hotell med bra personal i receptionen.

Cons:

Frukosten var rena katastrofen! När vi kom för att äta fanns i stort sett ingenting kvar på buffén, ingen juice, bröd, pålägg ingen varm mat kvar i cantinerna, Personalen på frukosten var helt oengagerade. Vi var där långt innan dom skulle stänga, så det berodde inte på det.

Pros:

Fijne grote kamer, enthousiaste incheck.

Cons:

Slecht geslapen door een schurende ventilator op het dak. Dit geluid dreunde door het kamer heen, we lagen eronder.

Nice place but breakfast not great
Pros:

Reception staff were lovely. Restaurant staff were in the main keen to please. Our room and the bed were comfortable and the facilities were clean.

Cons:

The breakfast food was disappointing in terms of quality and value for money, so we went elsewhere for our croissants! We had dinner one night which was okay, but the potatoes were undercooked and the first waitress did not report this to the chef, though the second one did and a free dessert was provided.
