Really loved it!
Pros:

Reasonably priced and great location

Cons:

No cooking or basin facilities in the unit but they have a restaurant so understand that

Pros:

Breakfast - needs work - Buffet and VERY dry and no flavour. Be good to change the menu a bit - its been the same for years

Relaxing & comfortable, with pleasant staff especially the Dutch(?) receptionist on arrival.
Pros:

Upgrade to executive suite was a nice surprise and very spacious, especially for a longish stay.
Shower was fantastic, best ever.

Cons:

Basin tap was a bit stiff and clunky, so it was hard to use quietly if partner asleep.
Road noise - windows would be better double glazed, to avoid having to listen to the street cleaning truck revving for 20-30 mins at 6.50am. And retain heat. Though heat pump worked well.
Fridge door caught on the casing so you had to remember to give it an extra shunt to close properly.

Pros:

Proximity to events centre. Staff lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Heat pump we could not get our room warm no matter what we tried! Found a hairbrush that was not ours under a chair in our room.
