Great exterior, underwhelming interior

Pros:

Un hôtel très propre et chaleureux. La chambre était impeccablement nettoyée chaque jour et l’emplacement est tout simplement parfait : la plupart des principales attractions sont accessibles à pied. Ce qui m’a particulièrement enchantée, c’est la vue sur la Tour Eiffel directement depuis le balcon de ma chambre. C’était tout simplement magique !

Je tiens également à souligner la qualité du petit-déjeuner. Il était absolument délicieux, si bien que nous avons pris notre petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel pendant les quatre jours de notre séjour.

Mais ce qui m’a le plus touchée, c’est l’attention portée aux clients, même après leur départ. J’ai malheureusement oublié mes AirPods dans la chambre. C’était un cadeau d’une personne très chère à mon cœur, ils avaient donc une grande valeur sentimentale pour moi. Je ne me suis rendu compte de leur absence qu’une fois rentrée chez moi et j’ai immédiatement contacté l’hôtel.

L’équipe m’a répondu qu’ils avaient retrouvé mes AirPods et qu’ils seraient ravis de me les rendre. Une telle honnêteté, un tel sens des responsabilités et une telle bienveillance méritent toute mon admiration. C’est grâce à des personnes comme celles qui travaillent dans cet hôtel que l’on a envie d’y revenir encore et encore.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse !

Merkezde her yere yakın, temiz ve de serin bir otel.

Konumunu ve temizliğini beğendim. Çok sıcak bir zamanda gitmemize rağmen otelin soğutması çok iyiydi

Cons:

Sabah kahvaltısı sınırlıydı. Temel alışık olduğumuz bazı şeyler yoktu. Bu kültüre ait farklılıklardır muhakak ama domates, zeytin ve de salatalık her kahvaltıda olmalı.
İki oda istemiştim, çocukların odası ile aynı katta olmasını önceden de yazılı iletmiştim. Ama bu isteğimiz planlanmamıştı.

虽然房间小，但很干净，卫生间的设施很新。虽然是三星酒店，但给配备了拖鞋。很幸运被安排在了498房间，有个很大的露台，晚上可以欣赏到亮灯的埃菲尔铁塔。

Great comfortable hotel with great services, air-conditioning, breakfast, and fantastic location.
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable with air conditioning and a separate bathroom/shower. We walked everywhere, used the metro and trains to get around, and when we needed a taxi the front desk arranged rides for us. The breakfast was classic with hot to cold options, bread, juices, meat cheese, eggs, etc. It’s a fun location with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 5 nights.

Cons:

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like. We enjoyed our stay.
