Somente a localização que é boa.
Pros:

O quarto que fiquei no subsolo, fica debaixo da cozinha. Muito barulho. Pessoas arrastando cadeiras a todo momento, e escuta tudo do quarto. Funcionarios mau educados, principalmente na cozinha do café.

pouca privaciade, dá pra ouvir os barulhos dos outros quartos.
