Bof pas terrible
Pros:

Emplacement l’hôtel est bien situé tarif très intéressant mais c’est tout

Cons:

Chambre standard pas du tout confortable les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas il faisait froid j’ai du faire intervenir le veilleur à 2h du matin tellement j’avais froid il a allumé la clim mais le moteur faisait un bruit pas possible j’ai écourté mon séjour

Pros:

1. Удобное расположение отеля к остановкам.
2. Замечательный персонал, готовый помочь по любым вопросам.
3. Наличие кухни в номерах, можно готовить.

Cons:

В одном номере подтекала душевая кабинка снизу.

Für zwei Nächte okay aber für diese Verhältnisse zu teuer
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr ruhig. Mann ist schell in am Hafen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Auf den Bildern sieht es sehr gut aus. Aber leider ist die Realität etwas anders. Die Möbel sind etwas runter gekommen. Die Küche war sehr ranzig. Keine richtiges Geschirr. Im Bett lagen kurze blonde haare. Im Badezimmer am Waschbecken ein Zigarettenstummel obwohl es ein nicht Raucher Hotel ist.

Comfortable and adequate for our needs.
Pros:

After moving rooms we had everything we needed except for enough bath towels-we were only given 1!!!!!. Other than that everything was adequate.

Cons:

The floors needed a good clean and mop-filthy .

Disappointing stay in Mersin

The suites has a balcony which was good. Also washing mashine was handy.

Cons:

First impression of our stay was disappointing. There was no shampoo, no soap, no slippers. The shower was somejow broken and we fixed it. The bathroom was not clean at all and there was no tissue in the bathroom. How ever we mentioned the lack of facilities to the reception but they did not act upon this issues. As I looked in booking here is hotel but there was only one towel in the room. The room was untidy so that I did not use the bed cover which was in the closet. The room didn't have safebox.

I will not stay there again
Pros:

Rust is widespread on kitchen appliances and furniture. The couch has holes in it. The room wasn’t clean especially behind the kitchen appliances and in the corner. Apparently, not deep cleaning has been done for a very long time. Not kettle and complementary coffee / tea. No toiletries at all !!! No room service. I had to ask the receptionist to change the bed sheet and pillows as I could see some hair from the previous guest!!!!!! I think they were not changed before I checked in!!
