L'hotel è in un posto splendido, è molto bello, appena ristrutturato e con personale molto gentile.
La camera è molto grande e ben pulita ogni giorno. Il personale si è fatto in quattro per aiutarci in ogni richiesta. La colazione è molto buona e si è vista una chiara evoluzione nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Cons:

Si vedeva che la ristrutturazione non è stata completata. In camera c'era un ampio spazio vuoto chiaramente predisposto per metterci una scrivania. Quando siamo entrati non c'era nemmeno il cestino e i bicchieri in camera, oltre ad alcuni dettagli tipo la tenda che ci è caduta addosso, chiaramente dovuti alla fretta nel finire i lavori.

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Chambre confortable et bien équipée et bon petit déjeuner bien copieux. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pour la cascade de glace dans le Val de Valeille. C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix!

C’était tout simplement, impeccable.
Pros:

Nous avons pu rester tout le week-end au même endroit sans avoir bouger la voiture. Le cadre est magnifique, tout est nickel.

Meraviglioso!
Pros:

Hotel fantastico! Per me è il massimo avere un Hotel sulle piste da sci di fondo, e per mio marito che fa cascate di ghiaccio. La camera è ampia, pulitissima e luminosa. Ha una vista spettacolare sul ghiacciaio e sulla pista da fondo. La mezza pensione (cena e colazione sono eccellenti). Tutto lo staff giovane, molto gentile e professionale. Cosa aggiungere? L'hotel Ondezana è per noi il nostro angolo di paradiso!
